Got a little nervous with all the negative reviews as I hadn’t seen them before I placed my order online. Think I got here on a good day, I got a Capastrami, American Wagyu Club, and some Fries. All tasted great! Good fries, good sandwiches, didn’t skimp out on the meat and order was ready quicker than what it said it would online. Staff was prompt and quick. Didn’t pay attention to the cleanliness of the sidewalk like the other reviews, I don’t care as long as the food is good 🤷🏻♀️ Which it was. Lots of young adults working here, mistakes happen and these are some of their first jobs, give them some grace people :)
Very slow. Don’t stop here unless you want to wait 25 minutes for a hot sub
Since my review was either taken down or never made it up, I’ll put it up again and again. Don’t go here. Do not support this place. First of all, they’re rude, I stood in there for 7 mins while 4 employees just chatted and laughed without even greeting me. They skimp on their food, especially the meat for sandwiches. The establishment, is disgusting. Just go and look at the picture frames on the walls that hold their “awards” they are covered in dirt, grease and grime. Rachel, the manager is rude and clearly doesn’t know how to manage anyone including herself. Theres a reason the reviews are so bad and there’s a reason this place has become a topic of convo on local message boards on SM. It’s so bad that even the young teenage guys they get to work there quit. They had 3-4 quit within the last 10 days because they hate it there. Oh and if you think it’s dirty where you can see, don’t dare go back behind the counter. Health code violations out the wazoo!! Things sitting out overnight…save yourself the trouble. Go to any other place for your food.
Not what it used to be.
A good sandwich. They really should power wash their sidewalk outside and mop the floors inside better. Pretty slick and greasy. But a solid sandwich to go.
Still love there pulled turkey hogie. The large is pricy but is cheaper then most as you will make 2 large subs with there large .

Requested my sandwich be made without mayo due to dietary restrictions but my sandwich came with mayo. Did not pay attention to special requests on orders.
Great food, and people..they need someplace to sit luckily it was a nice day we sat outside

It is basically a sub shop, I don't know what they want me to say about the atmosphere, lol. Just order the damn bobby. If you order the biggest one and only eat half the other half overnight swell in the refrigerator add makes an excellent breakfast.

This was the most expensive bowl of soup I ever got considering its was the size of a cup of soup. The chicken cheesesteak left a lot to be desired to as it was pre-cooked chicken.

So not impressed!! I dont usaully write reviews and hate complaining but i had to say something. My wife and I really enjoy a Capriotti's sandwiches. We travel all over the country on business so we try them every chance we get. We don't mind spending our hard earned money for great food but we tried Capriotti's in West Grove on Baltimore Pike in pa. The first sign should have been no one in the place at the peek of lunch time not a red flag but a sign! The second sign was our chicken cheese steaks wrapped and handed to us was the size of the cardboard tube left over after using up all the paper towels big red flag. We thought it was the end of it but not to our surprise the order was wrong dispite the fact that the nicest young man read the right order back to us as he handed us our sandwiches. This place is single handly the worse Capriotti's we've ever been to. I'm hoping it doesn't ruin it for ppl that haven't tried Capriotti's yet and hopefully they dont go to the West Grove location. I'm sure the Capriotti's at 827 west Baltimore pike will be happy to not see us again and the feeling is mutual. To management get ppl that take pride in what they do or hire someone that will make sure ur eatery is being ran properly. The Capriottis standard is not being practiced at this locate for sure.

I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich it was just not a good sandwich at all. I felt the portion sizes were kind of small for the price and it just didn’t taste well. It was kind of Millie if you can put that to words where I actually ate about half of it, and I just tossed the rest of the other half which is really unusual for me, the lady making it was fantastic but you know the kid at the cash register Was visibly agitated that had to pay my bill like I took him away from something in the back that was more important than paying the bill but I’ll never come back to this place again matter fact, I don’t think I ever go to another Capriotti again,

The Bobby is their signature sub. It is a Thanksgiving dinner on a roll. It comes with cranberry sauce on the side if you like. There are at least 2 locations I know of. They do have Wagu subs also, which are very good. I highly recommend.
