I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich it was just not a good sandwich at all. I felt the portion sizes were kind of small for the price and it just didn’t taste well. It was kind of Millie if you can put that to words where I actually ate about half of it, and I just tossed the rest of the other half which is really unusual for me, the lady making it was fantastic but you know the kid at the cash register Was visibly agitated that had to pay my bill like I took him away from something in the back that was more important than paying the bill but I’ll never come back to this place again matter fact, I don’t think I ever go to another Capriotti again,

The Bobby is their signature sub. It is a Thanksgiving dinner on a roll. It comes with cranberry sauce on the side if you like. There are at least 2 locations I know of. They do have Wagu subs also, which are very good. I highly recommend.

My family & I were craving capriottis but we were sorely disappointed. We ordered two sandwiches tonight a medium bbq chicken cheesesteak & a large slaw b joe. Neither sandwich had any cheese and the large sandwich had less meat than the medium steak(mostly coleslaw). I understand prices are up on everything but after spending almost $40 on dinner I did not expect to receive a coleslaw sandwich & a few pieces of shredded chicken on a roll.

The capastrami was out of this world. The flavor was fantastic. The fries are some of the best I've ever had.

Capriottis has the best Turkey subs. The tomatoes are fresh from a garden and so juicy. Their staff is efficient and friendly and the store is super clean. This is the only place I’ll come for a sun.

We hadn't ordered from Capriottis in quite a while and were looking forward to having a great sub. Boy were we dissapointed. Their new rolls are terrible compared to what they use to be. We had took check twice to see if there was any meat on the Capastrami and there wasn't much more cole slaw. The Wagyu cheese steak had as little flavor as it did meat. From reading the reviews I gather that the Jennersvile store is under new management. Well that didn't work out very well if this is the result. You should try new management again but doubt I will try a sandwich from this store anytime soon.

I don’t know about behind the counter, but the public area was absolutely filthy. It’s been a very long time since that place has been cleaned. I wouldn’t have gotten food there had I seen this beforehand. Honestly, I probably shouldn’t have eaten it. I should have left when I got there and they couldn’t find my order because it was given to someone else. I’m not great with sticking up for myself. I’m certainly never going there again.EditAs I’m reading the other reviews, I’m noticing that the responses from the store manager are template, or cut and paste. That is just horrible. She doesn’t care, she’s acting like she does. What a joke.

Do not place online order with the expectations of getting your food when they suggest it will be ready. Had to wait 35 minutes past the time it said to pickup. Add at least 40 minutes for a small order of 3 medium subs if you are going to order from here.

Stopped for lunch on the way back from Longwood Gardens, I was just looking for something simple and was pleasantly surprised. One of the best sandwiches that I’ve had hands-down. It’s a must go too.

Ordered the Bobbie sub (their signature sandwich) and they omitted the stuffing. It was just mayo, turkey and cranberry sauce….at least my cat enjoyed the extra turkey in it. Threw the rest away.

Growing up in Wilmington De I must say that this location has gone downhill. They changed the vendor for their rolls, which isn’t horrible, but recently got an Italian sub which had so little meat, we had to look to make sure there was meat. It is a shame that the quality has strayed so far from the original Capriotti locations. It seems like they just don’t take pride in their sandwiches anymore. Will have to find an alternative. So sad.
