We’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over a decade. My family and I thoroughly enjoy ordering from here. Their food is consistently fresh, delicious, and of high quality. Every dollar spent is worth it. Jenny and Tony, or one of the friendly staff members, always greet us with a warm smile. Our family has been hooked on their fried dumplings ever since I first brought them home.

Today I discovered that Chinese restaurants really aren't all the same. This one is better. It may have cost a few dollars more but the food was honestly the best I ever had. Genuinely friendly and they take good care of all their beautiful house plants in the store. I recommend the General Tso's chicken combination platter.

I am always skeptical about trying new Chinese food. I asked the owner did they use MSG and she said no really quickly then immediately I heard them laughing as if they starting talking about me in their language. They’re lucky I didn’t whip out my google translate because I would’ve gave them a piece of my mind. Then I noticed the owner coughing in the kitchen and I was like OMG should I just leave but I gave it the benefit of the doubt.
What I ordered: Vegetable Lo Mein - Tasted like WATER. ZERO FLAVOR! I was apprehensive when it took less than 2 minutes to be ready. After my first bite I regret it immensely. It almost tastes like it was cooked in a dirty pan. The sad part is I am anti MSG due to its terrible side effects (migraines, upset stomach and more) and I completely tasted it.
NEVER AGAIN!! What a waste of my $8.00.
I rarely leave reviews but BEWARE. I will starve before I eat here.

Look it's a great place for really good Chinese food. Owners are really nice and put out good food. It's take out only, if you want fancy interior with Asian music playing in the background then go to one of them places in Philly! If you just want really good Chinese food at a reasonable price then come here.

I had the pepper steak and it absolutely hit the spot. The beef was incredibly juicy and tender—cooked just right so it practically melts in your mouth. What stood out was the generous amount of pepper and onion, which gave the dish a bold, savory kick without overpowering the natural flavor of the meat. The peppers were crisp and fresh, and the onions added just the right amount of sweetness to balance the spice.
Served piping hot, it was the kind of comforting, flavorful dish that keeps you coming back.

If you’re looking for Chinese food something nearby this is the to go place. Personally this isn’t my to go to place for Chinese food. Few times I’ve got food it’s been just too sweet has me chugging water for hours.

We picked up dinner at China Kitchen for the first time this week to support our son's FBLA fundraiser that China Kitchen graciously supported. The food was amazing. We will definitely be back soon and recommend it to all our friends and family. We love 'finding' new spots for take out, and China Kitchen is definitely on the rotation!
