Dairy Queen (Treat)

Literally a 10+ min wait EVEN WITH NO ONE THERE every single time without fail.

I cannot say enough good things about this Dairy Queen location. The store itself is always so clean, the food is always fantastic (better than some restaurants, I would argue), and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I usually get the bbq chicken strips basket and an ice cream. I grew up going to Dairy Queen but in a different state. This is by far, the best one I have ever gone to. Thank you for the awesome service!

Literally the worst location, ever. They randomly close, whenever they want. Sometimes the kitchen closes at 4 and the store are at 6 or the kitchen at 6 and the store at 8….sometimes without warning. Tonight we placed our dinner order, drove there to pick it up…to find a note on the intercom of the drive thru saying they were closing at 6 pm tonight. My order went through, my card got charged…but my food wasn’t there. It’s always a bunch of teen girls, who are left there alone to run the place…through no fault of their own, there’s no adult supervision and clearly no direction. I could see if there was an emergency and they had to close early but this is consistent. They’re never open when they’re supposed to be.

I don’t normally do this but I keep thinking about this - My son and I stopped in this afternoon for some ice cream. Ice cream was good and our service was fine. But I was appalled by the way one of the ladies that I’m assuming is the manager was speaking to one of the young kids who was training. I know he was training because she publicly shamed him in front of every one and announced that he was a trainee. She then snarkily told him to “Go find something to do”, which he did. Then when he approached her to ask a question, she told once of the other girls to “Get him off of the register”. I felt so badly for him and can only imagine what this poor kid has to deal with every shift.

The Blizzard barely had any good stuff in it. Kind of a let down compared to the past. But pleasant staff. Maybe next order will be better.

Ordered a butterfinger flurry, waited 20 minutes, just for them to not have it in the system. Besides from that the chicken was so shitty, dry, and disappointing.

This DairyQueen was the best, from ordering to pickup. It was my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday and the cakes were beautiful— perfection!!! From the pleasant phone call ordering to the wonderful woman who helped me get them safely to my car and in coolers, could not have been better. Huge shout out to Heidi and Lexi 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I order two hot fudge sundaes and after i paid they told me they don't have any lids...that's something you got to say before someone orders two sundaes in the drive though that are melting. Who's gonna pay to clean my car, who's gonna pay my dry cleaning bill?

Kaitlyn is the Dairy Queen. She was so good with our entire oder. Understood all my allergies. Dont get me wrong she beautiful, and her work was incredible

We stopped at DQ to get dessert for Mother's Day. The employees were pleasant and friendly. And of course DQ desserts are great!!

Only has young kids working there and they need adult supervision. Most supplies were out of stock. Ice cream was melted. They had to remake my smoothie 3 times because they could not make it correctly!
