I went to this location 10/24/2025 and order 50 assorted munchkins and when I go to work and to the meeting they were only chocolate sprinkles and blue berry. I called to complain all the said was and what do you want us to do about , I said when someone saids assorted and pays it should be assorted. I want a refund or a free order. They said bring the munchkins back then how if I’m already in West Chester at work and the munchkins were for a meeting . This is from the manager at this location . This not how you handle a complaint from paying customer not customer friendly at all.

This location is by far the worst in the area. The store is dumpy and dirty, and the restroom has been out of order for months. The donut and bagel selection is always very limited, and the employees often stand around socializing instead of helping customers promptly.
Parking is also a big issue. There are only two non-handicapped spots in front of the store, and they’re consistently occupied by employees’ cars. I’ve personally seen employees retrieve items from their vehicles and then leave in another car—leaving their cars in those customer spots for hours. This is inconsiderate and makes things difficult and less safe for guests with small children or elderly visitors who aren’t eligible for handicap parking.
We used to stop here weekly after a nearby class, but we’ve watched the same problems persist week after week. Management or ownership really needs to be more involved and improve customer service and store standards. Unfortunately, we’ve decided not to return and will instead make the drive to the West Grove or Oxford locations, which are much better managed.

Not sure why sausage became bacon on my bagel, but it was still good. Order accuracy is key, and while everyone was very friendly I didn't get what I ordered

I have tried several times to get coffee through the drive-through. And I’m consistently told I need to come inside because they’re not doing drive-through at that time. When I went inside just now the girl told me that every day between nine and 10 o’clock they shut down the drive-through. It would be really, really, really nice if they had some sort of sign That said they were gonna be closed from 9 to 10 in the drive-through. It is really very annoying!

Pick a different location. This one is ran by children! and for a coffee shop they seem to be out of coffee almost all the time.

Only started getting breakfast here during the 6 meal deal started. They seem to have logistics issues since they are usually out of various menu items. The app doesn't tell you this, unlike McDonald's. They've given me caffeinated coffee a few times when I ordered decaf. Good thing I check it because I have medical issues it could aggravate..

I had to edit this review to let every one know about the dm. This was his reply to my concerns, to blame the customer. Also love that he reviewed this business as 5 stars. I would say that’s a conflict of interest.

I utilize the drive thru because I usually have two small kids with me. Today I didn’t receive half of my order. I had to park and go in because the drive thru was too long to go back around. I was missing 2 bacon and donuts. I went in and no one even greeted me. When I know they saw I walked in with two bags. I finally got someone’s attention and she said I’ll show her. I guess meaning the girl who bags the order. Well I received my under cooked bacon and no seasoning. It’s called maple sugar snacking bacon. Well it’s just uncooked and nothing else. No sorry nothing.

Almost every time I come to this location I’m leaving with missing items or just completely the wrong order. Ordering a bagel with butter but receiving a bagel with butter AND cream cheese is wild. The bacon is always undercooked with no seasoning as well. I wouldn’t be so annoyed at this if it didn’t happen every single time I have been to this location.I think it comes down to laziness all in all. Save your time and $$ and go to any other surrounding location

I've held off reviewing in the past because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and hoped that future experiences would be better, but it's just gets worse every time. This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Super slow service, you order at the counter and the same girl taking orders, usually with an attitude, then ignores you and starts helping make drink orders for her friends. She clearly doesn't want to be there and doesn't hide it. You finally get your food from someone else who notices a group of people waiting for food and that a line has formed with no one being helped. Most of the time no matter how early or when you get there, they hardly have any of the most popular standard donuts, don't know who's in charge of food planning. It's pretty obvious that no one there has any prior food service or food service management experience. I feel bad leaving this review, but until they get themselves together I'd go somewhere else. This is not a one time occurrence, it happens every time I've been there, no matter the day or time. You literally have one job, coffee and donuts, and you can't do it.

I got a couple of coffee’s at the drive through and asked for cream only. The screen popped up showing cream and sugar. I said cream only. The girl said ok. I picked the coffees and the label said cream and sugar. The girl said they only had cream in them. Took them at there word, got home took a drink guess what they had sugar in them. It’s frustrating when you ask multiple times if the order is correct and it’s not. This is the third time this has happed to me.

Extremely slow and the employees spend time cooking food for their relatives rather than taking an order from paying customers. I waited 5 min and they didn't even take my order before I walked out cause they too busy cooking free food for high school kids. It's a joke.
