Stopped here tonight for some quick food. Placed my order and went to sit down and literally all the tables where dirty. Had to use my own napkin to wipe it off. There was stuff all over the floor, food still on tables etc. Then it took about 15 mins to get my food, fries where cold & my Caramel Frappe was 40% ice, I couldn't even finish it because it wasn't blended completely.
I was standing at the counter to try and talk to someone, just to have 2-3 people walk by and not even acknowledge that I or anyone else was at the counter.
Just seemed super unorganized, dirty and customer service was terrible.
Definitely a big change from a year or so ago before they did the ugly remodel on the interior.

It's alright usually hit or miss sometimes hot fresh food sometimes a cold greasy patty. I just wish when I say thank you when recieving my food or change I would get a response ur welcome, screw u, something other then just shutting the window.

I haven't eaten here in more than 25 years and no one should ever eat here unless they don't mind eating something that, for one, is not food. I mean, the fact that you can leave any of this "food" out, unwrapped, on the ground, in the middle of the spring, and if you came back Christmas day to check on it, it would still be sitting there on eaten by any insects, animals, or even mold. But don't take my word for it. Go ahead. Try putting a hamburger in your backyard...
Dietary restrictions: Considering this is not food and proven to be more closely related to some type of poisonous plastic, I would say the dietary restrictions are no one should ever eat this stuff. EVER.

The cashier wasn't that friendly today, and the food was kind of warm didn't taste too awful.Bad for once. But it's a shame every time they redo this McDonald's It looks worse every time. It looks more like a liberal coffee house. Mcdonald's does not appear to be the happy place.It used to be.

Stopped by to grab a quarter pounder meal. Burger taste was so-so as were the fries. I may rethink stopping at McDonald's in the future. Staff was friendly.

What HAPPENED to this McDonald's?!?!?! This is the first time I've been to this location in months, and, oh my how downhill this place has gone. Restaurant was filthy everywhere. The atmosphere is not welcoming

guy who took our order was weird, then we waited 30 mins in their drive thru parking spot and had multiple people come ask what we were waiting for.. our food lol. none of them ever came back. next girl that came out we just asked for a refund she went inside, another 5 mins. she brought our food and said we can write our name on a sticky note to get a free meal the next time we come.. girl what a sticky note good bye. no refund either btw

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We live right by this McDonalds and we always go through the drive-thru. And every single time, they constantly miss items on my order. Funny thing is, every time I go to Wendy’s, their service is top notch. So are the employees not paying attention…like at all? I had the simplest order and The guy at the window I guess pays 0 attention to the order, only hands me 1 drink when I ordered 2, then tells me to park in Spot 1. Then when they walk out they still don’t give me the other drink I ordered. So honestly I shouldn’t have even ordered it. It’s a waste of money. So if you go to this McDonalds, you have to make it a HABIT to check that they got the order even right, it’s sad honestly. Quality service doesn’t exist here.
