Pick up time was 6:40pm and we didn’t get our food until 7:25. 45 minute wait and they didn’t seem to care much. Looks like a common occurrence based on the recent reviews. Shame cause the food was decent. The service was absolutely one of the worst I’ve had at a restaurant possibly ever. Didn’t even say anything and the poor Door Dash driver sitting there for an hour was losing money while waiting. When they handed us the bag they looked at us like we were the problem. Here’s a tip don’t accept take out orders if you can handle them.

The service at this restaurant is awful. I will not be coming back. I'm here now writing this review. I'm at a hibachi table. My reservation was a 6 pm. Its 7:04 and We are still waiting for someone to come. And we are with a family with 3 kids. I'm ready to leave. I'm hungry and the 3 kids are fighting. I've just removed myself from the table. Am hiding in the bathroom.

IGNORANT!!! Not only was it 40 minutes passed the time they told me to be there, no apologies for the wait. They also forgot two of my items and still not one apology. Just a ignorant girl behind her counter, "Here you go". I definitely won't be going back there based on that.

Everything was good with the hibachi performance and the meal. Chef was engaging and fun even tossing food into the air for us to catch in our mouths, Entertain us all, rice steak shrimp chicken was all delicious, prompt service and the servers were nice and responsive as well.

Well. The food was good. Good portions, good prices. The people helping me were nice. Unfortunately, I had a terrible pick up experience. I ordered my food at 1:05 PM, they said 20 minutes. I go pick up my food around 1:25. They tell me “it’ll be out soon”. I expect to wait 10 minutes, maybe 15. I did not receive my food until 1:46 PM. I was very upset as I was on my lunch break at work and I had to miss my 2 PM clock in as I didn’t have enough time to eat like I planned. I am hoping that this isn’t the norm, as the food was a very good value and the people are very nice.

I’m confused by the reviews. We’ve ordered from here several times and always really enjoyed what we’ve gotten. Best in the area for sure

Not sure how the food is but I’ve never been to a restaurant so slow. We ordered 6 items at 6:18. It is now 7:25 and my husband is still waiting. Good was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago.

We had a reservation at 615, ordered hibachi she forgot our soup and salad until we asked for it when the other family got therid at about 645, the chef didn't appear until 715. No bells and whistles like the normal show even the fire was tiny. He took a total of 18 minutes to cook everything. Disappointed experience.

Did take out tonight and just disappointed from the start. Person who answered phone talks too fast and not a great way to answer the phone. Food was short what I asked for and tasted awful, which is a shame cause I've been coming there for years now. Food had a taste of cleaner or some chemical. Couldn't finish after a few pieces. Not enough Wasabi and I specifically asked for extra! Lastly, fix your register or uptrain your people as it too entirely too long to process my cash payment. Seemed to be a register issue though. Not good!

Best around! I have been going since day 1 when they first opened and never had an issue and food is Delicious. Glad I live very close because Sakura will always have my business!!!

I love going my self and family always have a good time. The staff is very nice. We take our 2 daughters 5 and 2 cause it is the only place they eat all the vegetables.

My girlfriend and I dined here last weekend. It was the only meal we had all day. Chicken and fried rice. Both of us came down with a serious case of food poisoning a few hours later! Fevers, chills, vomiting the whole 9 yards. Ended up at a local urgent care as a result. Plenty of other Asian restaurants in the area - definitely avoiding this one.
