With in the last two months every order I get is messed up, the attitudes of the workers aren’t always the greatest. My drinks I order is a pink drink light ice with sweet cream cold foam and a white peppermint mocha latte. I ordered 4 pink drinks before I stopped ordering them and every time I got my drink there is always wayyyy to much ice, it’s like they put extra ice in it and ot didn’t care to pay attention to the light ice part, every time I order my peppermint latte it always taste different. I order the peppermint one almost daily, I have been going since august. More than one time the drink I received tasted nothing like my drink I ordered. Earlier this week I ordered my drink and 3 hot chocolates one time for my coworkers and I, and instead of my drink they just made another hot chocolate drink. I got my drink today and a good portion of the cup didn’t have anything in it. I work in an elementary school and my drink is my pick me up and lately it hasn’t been bc I just end up throwing it away most of the time because it dosent taste right. A lot of the time they don’t bother putting in the little chocolate pieces in it. Set aside from the drinks when I pull in yhete is always a wait at the box before someone even acknowledges you.

I received my expresó Frappuccino today and it had no milk blended in with it. It was a waste of my $10!

Sunday mornings in our house always start with who's driving to Starbucks. Today I drew the small straw. And I am glad I did. The girl at the window this morning was great. Professional and was able to make me laugh pre coffee. Thank you for trying to help me with my forgetting to order sandwiches dilemma.

They have some of the worst customer service ever. Almost every interaction I’ve had with someone at this specific store they are incredibly rude and they somehow always manage to get my order wrong. Even when you’re polite they are not, it’s ridiculous.

Clean inside and out. Friendly smiling staff. Bought one bag of coffee and ordered a hot caramel macchiato (my fave) and a ham & Swiss croissant. The order was filled very efficiently. Sat outside to enjoy. Easy parking and this location has drive thru. The food and coffee were delicious, especially the croissant as the ham and Swiss was rolled into the pastry rather than the croissant being cut open. All quality ingredients. Nice open well lit seating area. First thing me inside as I have always done drive thru before. Very pleasing visit.

The young blonde girl who checked us out was very rude and miserable. It took forever to get two tall drinks & with so many workers behind the counter. Couldn’t understand when they were calling customer names. So many folks standing around waiting for their drink. Won’t be going back to that location again, not worth it.Get a new job if you aren’t happy doing what you do. Customers don’t deserve to be exposed to your negative energy.

Even newer update. Please keep all the people you have there right now we never get a bad drink now! It’s amazing.New update the drinks have been better lately I’m leaving the old review below. Updated the stars.Old reviewNew bathroom design flawed air dryer blows gross sink water everywhere and no sanitary way to exit the rest room... since this is not the fault of the people who work here this is not affecting my review. However the drinks are still bad asked them to remake it. Watched her remake it and she did not push the pump syrup down all the way resulting in a gingerbread latte that tasted like hot milk.... I dunno what you do when you ask them to make it again and it still stinks... but go else where.Fraps are good. I don’t like fraps tho.

I went here because my daughter and her friend wanted a drink, they got my order wrong three times!! Not sure how they managed it!? But it's crazy!

The coffee is really good. High recommendation. My favorite is a toffee nut latte with whip and caramel drizzle

Went to pick up a cuppa coffee through the drive-through. App said the coffee would be done by 6 PM. Arrived at the Starbucks at 6:05 and coffee wasn’t ready. By 6:15 received coffee and it was cold when we got it. I generally like Starbucks but I would stay away from this location.

Starbucks products are fairly consistent throughout the world. I know because I have visited Starbucks in India, China, all over the EU and South America. Making coffee and tea drinks is not rocket science. And so it comes down to service, hospitality, cleanliness, etc.At this location, you have to ask for all the condiments. They do not set them out for guests, which is absolutely ridiculous. You have to ask for a straw, ask for Splenda, sugar, honey, etc. They do not carry Sweet'n'Low anymore. Also at this location, be prepared to stand at the counter while 4-5 "baristas" look at you without greeting you, letting you know they will be a minute or two, or acknowledging your existence in any way. I was thinking "Wow, I have mastered the art of invisibility...apparently."There aren't many other options in this area. So, I will begrudgingly return the next time I have a hankering for a $17 glass of iced tea.

I've lived in this area for the past 13 years and I have never dealt with a more inconsistent Starbucks location. Back in 2015-18 they were so good. But they have slowly gone downhill. Even when they were short staffed, slow, and make the drinks slightly wrong I'd still go because at least they were always nice and professional. Well, lately that's changed. Two days ago I went in around 4:28pm to pick up my mobile order from the drive thru window. The lady speaking in the drive thru speaker tells me that mobile orders usually take about 5-10 minutes to make. Which is fine, but she said it in a very condescending tone. And also what difference would it make if I were to order my drink directly at the drive thru? I get to the window and this woman (I'm not sure if she was the same one who was talking In the speaker at drive thru) who gave me a very stern look and handed me my drink pretty harshly. I thought it was very odd. Well today, I ordered my drink at 11:20am through the app and it said it'll be ready at 11:25am I even got the notification telling me that my drink was ready. I pull up at 11:28 AM to tell them I have a mobile order. The same lady from the other day tells me that it's gonna take 5-10 minutes in a rude tone. I told her that the app says my drink is ready. She then goes on to tell me that the app doesn't accommodate "actual orders" like in store or direct drive through (umm ok wtf?) So with that there I was, waiting even longer for a drink that should have been ready over 10 minutes ago!!! I can handle a lot of businesses being slow, short staff, and quality of the product/services being subpar. But I absolutely draw the line at rude and hostile employees. I will definitely be boycotting this Starbucks location. Maybe in a few months or a year they'll get better. I guess time will only tell.

First time coming to this Starbucks and most definitely be my last. Girl at the window just rushed us off and closed the window in my face just as I was asking for a sleeve for the HOT coffee I was just handed. I understand it's cold, but most definitely should work on your customer service. It cost zero cents to be KIND.
