The first thing you notice the second you open the door is the smell. It makes your mouth water immediately. My only regret was not taking a picture of the sancocho and the rest of the food before we ate it all. We ordered white rice, chicken, sancocho, tostones, yuca, beans, coffee and soft drinks. Everything in our order was absolutely delicious. The service was superb.

We made the mistake in thinking on dining in. No one came to the table. People lined up in line and kept ordering at the register and got their orders before ours. I got up and then we were attended. So fair warning, order to go. Besides this the food is amazing. My wife was a bit bothered again with the service, but when we started eating, it made up for the lack.

All the food is very good especially the ox tails .
The rice and gandules is incredible . Instantly brought me back to my grandma's arroz con gandules when I was a kid . I miss my grandma's cooking and this definitely gave me nostalgia . Need more of that rice and they definitely have a repeat customer
