One of the best restaurants in Hazleton. Their menu is small, but interesting, and the quality of their food is just astounding. It is BYOB for alcoholic beverages. Definitely visit while you can. Unfortunately they're going to be closing soon (I hope they change their minds!!!). We were last there April 2022, when they confirmed they were going to be closing "soon," though they didn't have an exact date.
The food here is phenomenal! I have been meaning to come here for a meal and am I ever glad I did. The staff here are phenomenal, the service is excellent! I would recommend Martin's to anyone that is looking for a great meal and in a relaxing atmosphere!
I have been coming to Hazleton on business for many years and have tried other places, but nothing comes close to Martin's. This truly is a gourmet chef at work and the atmosphere is chill with the walls covered with original art by Martin's wife. There is no where else to go for an excellent meal. The only thing is to bring your own alcoholic beverage if you wish to have one.
I travel a lot for work and stay in many towns and small cities across New York and Pennsylvania. Because of this I eat a lot of barely adequate takeout in my hotel room. This meal was not that. It was the best prepared piece of fish (snapper as they were out of the Mahi Mahi) I’ve had in a while. The beet and spinach salad was on point and the meatballs were delicious. This restaurant is excellent. It’s a shame they don’t serve alcohol because they’ve got a great bar in their space as well.
Would recommend highly! Love the atmosphereAnd the welcoming staff Always anxious to pleaseIt is very hard choosing since I have so many favorites It’s our children and grandchildren favorite when they come for visitsWe have been going there for years Love It!
I was so glad to see Martin’s reopen for in restaurant dining! There’s just something about this place that makes each trip pleasing in all senses. If you’re looking for a nice place to have a cozy dinner this is your spot!
Martins was our favorite restaurant.... The last couple times things were definitely terrible quality. Sad to say nowhere else to go for an upscale dinner..
The two star rating is just for the fact the food was warm when I picked it up. While placing a phone order, the hostess informed me that shrimp scampi was not available because it is from an outdated menu on Google, but the updated menu is on Facebook. I ordered the chicken francaise and my boyfriend ordered salmon, and apple crisp for dessert. I know that I could've prepared this meal better. The sauce for the chicken was bland, veggies also swimming in butter mashed potatoes was the only option which was disappointing. The apple crisp was made with canned overcooked apples. The dining out options are limited in the Hazelton, PA area and since we were just there for the weekend we chose Martin's. Gordon Ramsay needs to visit this place. It was a one and done for us.
Fabulous meals. Very friendly staff. You can always count on a delicious meal every time you go there.
Excellent food and service. All home made and fresh.BYOB

Very nice and quaint, very nice food
Never had a bad meal there. Delicious food and waitress is always accommodating. Wish they still had take out.
My husband and I both had the ahi tuna and it was the best we've had in a long time. It was absolutely delicious! The sides and salad were also very good and the peanut butter pie was to die for! Highly recommend this place!
Took the family there for dinner… All 3 boys loved it and especially the dumplings and desserts! The halibut was exceptional! So glad we got to celebrate our 9 years of marriage there with our family
