Absolutely atrocious across the board. I made a reservation for Father’s Day explaining that due to accessibility issues, we would need at least a partial table. I was told they’d be able to get me a table with at least 2 non booth seats, which was fine. I confirmed this via phone call when they called to confirm my reservation. When I arrived, they took a look at the people that needed the accessibility and told us they didn’t have the table and we would have to wait 90 minutes for one. Trash and ableist staff.

Cozy atmosphere, excellent service. The dishes are presented well. Generous servings. Everyone works together, so it's never hard to get the attention of a server.

We really enjoyed our visit at Austin's. The service was awesome and the food was amazing! I ordered prime rib sandwich without the bread. The meat was yummy! My husband had the vegetable bowl and cornbread. They were very good. We loved the presentation of each dish, the flexiblity to tailor the dish based on our dietary needs and excellent service (Becca was fantastic). I also like the layout of the lady's room. Each stall was not cramped and it was clean. We will definitely return!
