Great American restaurant with down very good food. Normal slightly upscale style place with a bar, booth and table seats. Family style. The twisted burger was cooked to perfection and was quite large. The sauce is very hot, so a little dab will go a long way. Thin cut fries as well. Service was good and friendly.
Very happy with my experience here for my birthday. Had a reservation for a party of 13 that ended up turning into 15 last minute. I felt bad changing the number, because I work in a restaurant and understand it’s not easy to rearrange seating to accommodate more. However, the hosts and managers did not show any irritation. We always love to go to Austin's. However, I ordered a bowl of soup this time. What arrived would have been called a cup of soup elsewhere. I ordered this product in the past, and it wasn't what I got this time. It also, to me, seemed overpriced. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is very comfortable
