Taken a bit by surprise when I learned what my cobb salad cost. I should know better than not to ask the cost of items before ordering. Sundae was the best. I'm afraid with the lack of business over the lunch hour that this Friendly's site .... the only remaining one in our area....will no be longer be around.

One of the few Friendly's left. We used to go all the time when we were young, for the ice cream. Which you can still get, plus other basic fried fare that is not good for you. Recommend this only for the occasional eating out.

Immediately upon arriving the restaurant had a very odd odor. It smelled like rancid grease. It was not in good shape either.I was at this restaurant several years ago and it was clean and very enjoyable, but it seemed like it was ready to close down or something.The food was not good, the server was ok. When I asked if there were any gluten free options she was very short with me.It definitely was not a Friendly visit.

It was the 1st meal of my day...Chicken Parmesan with fries...the chicken was tough and chewy. Tomato sauce was unexplainable hardly any mozzarella cheese and wat was there was burnt and the fries were stale and dry. A waste of money because after only a few bites of the sandwich and less than half of the fries I threw the meal away BUT ...BUT...HOURS LATER I STILL HAVE DIARRHEA !!!!

My mom used to work at a friendly in Massillon, OH, before they shut down. Some of my favorite memories were waiting in a booth for mom to get off work with my sister while enjoying a reeses monster Sunday thing she would make.

The last 2 times I went to Friendly's, I enjoyed the food and the dessert. The staff was professional, friendly, and courteous. The server was very polite as well. Definitely, I will return. My kids also love eating at Friendly's. I love most that it's a family oriented place.
