We purchased a Samsung television on July 2024 based on a 9% cash back promotion. My husband and I have made numerous phone calls and have continually gotten the run around regarding this cash back - which to date Oct 15 we still have not received. I was told on a phone call on Oct 3 the promo was validated and we would receive the cash back in 72 hours, still no cash back and I've been on the phone since 8:30am and it is now 9:20 am with no resolution.

Note to self. Stop renewing your membership. When was the last time you left here happy? Its not the time you waste finding items. Its not the lousy inventory control system. Its not the buggy app. Its not that getting BJ's staff to help you is like getting blood out of a stone. Its not the spotty quality control of their produce section. Its that I always leave unhappier than when I enter. Every time.

Pokémon cards are discontinued in this store I don’t know if the store does great dairies and deli I remember they had the samples but they discontinued because of the Covid and I miss when they had the Pokémon cards there and they were very good prices and the staffs were very nice and great drinks cheap price stuffies tvs and other electronics it’s a very good place to go

Gas pumps are horrible. I have been to this location 3 separate times and have used at least 2 different pumps on each occasion. They never accept any of the 3 cards I have. It only flashes unable to read. I got the gas attendant each time who was unable to help me. My cards work everywhere else. Terrible store. 0/10

I hate being negative any day; especially around the holidays. But I have to express my disappointment. I have been getting special occasion cakes from B.j's for many years.Loving them. This year is/was my baby's 16th birthday, so I ordered the cake. And it was so disappointing, the cake was uneven, the decor was falling and peeling off as soon as I opened the box. I wanted to return it but I didn't have a back .Just saddened.

At York pa Customer service lady some are not very nice comparing to other stores and I got to say this even some of Walmart employees are better . I hope they are changing their attitude because you are going to lose the customer.
