Visited the GBT this past week with other members of my family from Washington DC, here for funeral, and god bless Janet, made us all feel so welcome, with her friendly conversation , excellent food service, and beverages. Came in for a drink after our hotel was a nightmare and didn't have the bar open. Was absolutely delighted to have one of the best bartenders I've ever had behind a bar. I live about 2 hours from the location, and was only in town for the weekend, but I sure wish I could come back sooner! Had a great conversation with the bar keep, and the drinks are VERY reasonably priced. My hotel was charging $6 for a Twisted Tea when they actually did have the bar open on Saturday....
We stopped in for a quick bite and an adult beverage. The fried clams were good, and so were the chili dogs. Alot of good menu selections. Looking forward to going back sometime for lunch.
