The food and liquor are very cheap here. Love it when they have live bands or DJs

We were guests at the hotel and decided to pop in for a bite to eat. The dj they had playing did not know how to read the room. He was all over the place. His was not able to stay on one track at all. It went from country to rock to electronic. Very sporadic. The restaurant was running as special menu as it was St. Patrick's Day. The food was good. The area we sat in was a bit dirty. Sauce splashed on the walls had been there a while and for it being mod March we were being attacked by large Gnats the entire time we were eating. They only accept cash and we never recieved an actual bill , just the bartender telling us the amount. The bartender was nice and attentive and I appreciated that as we were at a booth away from the bar and she seemed to be the only one serving customers. You can definitely tell that at one time it was a cool place to be. If you don't have cash there is an atm across the hallway in the arcade of the hotel to get funds.

Located inside the Radisson, the bartenders are great, especially Heather. I would like to see more people in the restaurant bar but other than that, this place has music, sports, limited menu, and really good drinks-friendly staff is a plus! Very clean!

I had a recent stay at the park Inn Radisson West Middlesex. I was not told the pool and hot tub would not be available for use. In fact it said online that we could ce and unwind in the pool. Photos attached. We stayed for a birthday and engagement. We got the splash package. My son and his now fiance got engaged. We went to get the bottles of champagne to celebrate and were told that we could not get them because the girl on duty was unable to get them and a manager would have to come in and that would not be until 730 pm or so. So I asked if the manager could call me when they got there. I never received a call. We went down for breakfast in the morning around 9:50 am and was told that we could not get our breakfast either- even though the sign clearly stated that the restaurant was open until 10 pm. They had no cook there. They game rooms sauna and work out rooms were all locked. The pool area was smelly and dirty. I went to the desk to ask about all of these things and to see if a manager was available. The lady at the desk gave me my bottle of champagne (at 10 am the next morning) and said she would take $15 off my bill for the loss of our breakfasts. I stay here 5-6 times a year and have never had a problem. This has made me never want to return. I attached photos. It stated online that the pool and hot tub are available. I don't know why we were charged full price and weren't able to use most of he hotel. My husband, son, daughter in law and I were all very disappointed. Then they double charged my card for the stay. This is ridiculous! Park Inn Radisson West Middlesex Pa Check in date 10/11/2020 Check out date 10/12/2020

The astute traveler will see beyond the slightly aged exterior to the delightful, clean, comfortable interior and it’s wonderful staff. Starting with the people at the front desk, including Dawn, are kind and personable. Donna, a gem of a waitress, serves a delicious made to order breakfast. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable.

My wife and I booked a weekend getaway at the Park Inn. The hotel was indeed, CoVid compliant (a big plus), but this meant that the pool, hot tub, and small rec room were all closed. Not a big deal to us because we are walkers and nearby trails were excellent. Fortunately for us, the staff was very courteous and professional because we needed to have our room changed twice due to maintenance issues. The first room we were given had a broken refrigerator leaking large amounts of water on the room floor. The second room that we were given had a jacuzzi that would not hold water. Our third, and final room, had a tub that held water, but drained very slowly, if showering, the water rose to nearly 12 in. . Rooms are incredibly dark, partly because the pool lighting is always off, no windows to outside, and curtains needing to be closed for privacy reasons (entire room opens to pool). The coup de grace for me was when I walked down the carpeted steps, I tripped on the loose rubber step molding, fortunately I did not get injured. Bottom line, this hotel has a whirlwind of potential, but is deteriorating and not being properly maintained.

This place smells of mildew and is overall unclean. The elevator is surely haunted. There are other places nearby that we could have stayed but because of an event - an after party - being held there, we complied. Not recommended.

I'm happy with my stay overall. There were a few things here and there that could be improved upon. However overall, staff was helpful and the issue in my room was fixed when reported. The staff was helpful during the process leading up to my stay. Would recommend for the area.

I woke up at 4 am to my cell phone going off because Park Inn by Radisson was charging my debit card multiple times for one night. I brought this to the attention of front desk and they said it's normal and that the charges will drop off my account. They never dropped off, they aren't showing up on the transaction history but is being reflected in my account balance. I'm out of $126 and noone will help me get it back nor are they understanding that I never got it back. I came to stay one night night with $705 on my debit card and left with $453 and the hotel says it doesn't show in their computer that I was charged that much. My card company is disputing it but can only get me $55 back not the whole amount. I'm a single mom who lost out on alot of money and I'm so angry and upset!!!

We came and rented three rooms for my sisters funeral, we moved out of the area, this used to be a first class hotel, was there when Patrick Swayze stayed there while filming Tiger Warsaw, very disappointed, the house keeper, when we asked to clean our rooms and put new linens on the bed and to give us fresh towels, she stated they weren't doing that!
