Depending on whoes on duty it's friendly. Otherwise, it needs improvement!

Overall still a good family restaurant. Turnover of servers has somewhat negative impact on service that I was accustomed to. Receptionists sometimes don't recognize new customers in a timely manner.

1st time here. I had pancakes & had them add blueberry...yum. Asked for the bacon to be done extra crispy and it was.... For that reason alone I will be back ♥️🥓

Had a hair in my food. The waiter said I’ll remake it and took it. Without asking me if I wanted it remade. I couldn’t stomach the food after finding the hair so I didn’t eat the remake. They still charged me full price. My wife also got sick after eating the corn beef hash. Wouldn’t recommend eating there 🤮🤢🤮

As for the waitress very courteous but your server ~ waiters tall blonde lady had put the receipt on counter for me to sign but then slammed the ink pin on the counter walked away . Rude is all I got to say.

The corned beef omelette was spot on and so we're home fries. Pretty nice dinner in West Middlesex.

I ordered food to go. It was great as always.

Service was great, food not so much. Pancakes were flourier, toast cold w non melting butter on it. , corn beef hash just didn't taste good. Eggs were good. Just not my cup of tea for a diner.

The Middlesex Diner has been a beloved fixture in my community for as long as I can remember—and after a recent visit, I’m happy to say the nostalgia is still very much alive! Despite the restaurant being packed, our server, Gary, was absolutely phenomenal. He moved quickly and efficiently, all while keeping a great sense of humor that made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I ordered a Jimmy’s Super Breakfast, which is perfect if you want a bit of everything. Each item was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. And the pancakes? Incredible. I don’t know what secret ingredient they use, but it sets them apart from any other diner in the valley—they’re seriously next level.

The prices are also very reasonable, especially for the generous portions. Even on a busy day, I’d gladly wait here rather than go somewhere with a shorter line. Huge thanks to the team at Middlesex Diner—you really knocked it out of the park!
