The bourbon steak sizzler was terrible, that steak is not authentic steak. The texture was off ad chewy. Taste like fake 3d meat. The sizzler wasn't sizzling. Appetizers took long. The spinach dip taste like frozen and runny. Should have got a burger.

West Mifflin’s Applebees is the worst. I placed an order online for 2 orders of wontons the wontons was not cooked. They were pale white and soggy- horrible, nasty and disgusting. Thrown in the container. Also order nachos missing the condiments the chips were stale and thrown in the container. The manager told me he knew they dropped some fresh chips last night and he’s sure I got that bunch. Funny to me that the chips were not fresh. The container was hot I will give them that. For a comp $10 card that will be mailed to me. I could have spent $30 dollars at the grocery store and made the food myself. I will never order online again from this location again. I will say I never had this issue for “dine- in” service at other locations. Order at your own risk or open your food to check and taste before you get home to be disappointed and still hungry. What a waste!

Was very busy on Valentine's Day...to be expected so we ordered take out, food was cold and was missing a meal in our order and a drink.

Take food looked good but lack any sauce or seasoning. It was very dry. Seeing I currently stay at a hotel I had nothing to remedy the situation.

I went to Applebee's on lebanon church road west mifflin for lunch march 5 2025
I ate nothing before or after lunch there. I got violently sick when I got home with nausea, profuse sweating, stomach cramps and dizziness. I was sick thru the night and into today march 6th 2025. I just called the restaurant to alert them and was put on hold and the woman I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. It's GUARANTEED THAT I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AS WELL AS THE GENERAL MANAGER!!!!

I don't know if I came on a bad day or what.
Ordered the pretzel as appetizers they came out no salt on them. My waitress was nowhere to be found so I asked someone else who walked past for a drink. He said my waitress had to get it after 10 mins she finally appears again. I asked for a yuengling she didn't know what that was so I had to point to it. My husband got a drink. He was brought the shaker out he poured it no alcohol in it at all just the drink mixers.
Order won tun tacos they came out cold like they were stored in the fridge then served. Sent those back an decided to get more pretzels instead.
They brought out food out me an my daughter got the chicken penne pasta no bread sticks. Waitress comes out an asked with a attitude if we want the pretzel now or to go. My other daughter's corn dog was cold.
Had to wait over 30 mins for the manager to come take the tacos off an do the 1/2 price app because no one seemed to know where she went.

I hope this place gets better an it was just a bad day.

I miss TGIF so this spot fills in pretty good when no Chili's are close. No knock on Apps, just not my 1st choice.

Took my grandson today. Was an early supper. He had something called "chicken corn dog " and fries. I had grilled chicken, 4 cheese mac and cheese and onion rings. I know the lil man's food was good because he savaged it! LMAO! My chicken was really good. It was juicy and really very tasty. The mac and cheese was good, but the portion was small. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because they put it on the plate and it spread out so it got cold quickly. Our server was great. She was attentive but not over bearing. My grandson talks, a lot . The server waited patiently, never interrupting. It was a good meal .
