I enjoyed the food, a lot, but when I got it and was paying, the girl took my money, used the register, reached in the freezer and dropped food in the fryer-allbeith no gloves.

Food was early, which is a plus. Wasn't a fan of the packaging for the wings, or fries. They were wrapped in the same paper as the steak hoagie. It made it oily. The wings were hot, just not flavorful. Same with the steak hoagie. I also didn't receive what I ordered with the hoagie. It was a steak, egg, hashbrown, and American cheese hoagie. Ordered lettuce, tomato, extra meat, and banana peppers. I didn't receive the lettuce, tomato, or banana peppers that I paid for. It didn't come with american cheese. The flavors were bland. But it was hot. The fries were cold. The deep dish pizza was ok; it was hot, and the pepperoni was good, but the actual pizza sauce was also bland. An extremely underwhelming experience overall, with the only positives being early delivery, and hot food(except for the fries.) I paid $52, add the tip and delivery, and now I am sitting at $67. I deserved a much, much better experience. Extremely disappointed.

I was very disappointed! I placed a significant order and added what I believe was a decent tip for the driver. My order was late, but the delivery driver did apologize. The food wasn't very warm but the restaurant is a decent ride from my residence so thats understandable. My Philly Cheese Steak wasn't prepared as I had ordered. I called and spoke with a female employee and she said that it didn't come with those items. I told her that I specifically ordered it with the lettuce and tomatoes. She asked what I wanted and I asked for a store credit and she said that the owner didn't do store credits and that I could bring the hoagie back and they would make me another one. If I wanted to drive over there I wouldn't have paid for delivery. She said that they would send another one and for me to give the other one back to the driver. I waited an hour and a half thinking that my dinner was on it's way but nobody showed up and when I called the store I got an answering machine saying that they were closed. I'm very disappointed especially since I did like their food. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Big Ragoo Pizzeria anymore. As to your response, it was a male that took my order and he even repeated it back to me to clarify what I ordered. And furthermore, why did the girl that answered the phone when I called back tell me that they would send me another one? I waited patiently so that I could eat my dinner and I had to throw the original one away because it sat out too long. Thanks for nothing!

Got pizza. It was good. I'll be back.

If you were to read my reviews you'd know I love salads I have never had a salad made like this before chicken, onion rings,fries ,and some very good cheese I don't like tomatoes but I ate them this salad is serious! The cheese steak was good but this salad is worth the money and a long wait(even though there only took 36minutes to bring my order) Big Ragoo Baby!

An impressively good pizza from a small shop out in the surrounding Pittsburgh Neighborhoods. Getting there was a bit unusual, as it's not my usual path around the city. Though when I got there, I could tell I was in for a good time. Just a counter and a kitchen, and all the food we ordered.

The traditional crust pizza was excellent. While it has stiff competition from other places, it definitely pulls its weight. I felt less so from the Sicillian / Detroit style pizza they served, though it was still good. Both also were quite well sized.

A unique addition to the menu is the offering of a Deep Dish pizza. Rare in the Pittsburgh area, I had to try, and I can say it did not disappoint! It's its own item in one size, and can feed one or two. From what I've seen its not perfectly authentic to Chicago Style Deep Dish, but it's very close, and it's VERY GOOD. A total win, and I'll definitely be back to try them again!
