I ordered 4 catering packages on their website for 10 (40 people total) for an event. Food arrived 45 minutes late. One whole meal was missing (except the rolls) and other items missing from the other meals. Ending up having to order pizza to have enough food. When I called I was on hold for over an hour and at that point just hung up. I emailed customer service and they said a regional manager would reach out and that never happened. Someone credited my card $111 a few days later which doesn’t even cover the cost of one catering meal. I paid for food we never received and on top of it no apology or ounce or care from Bob Evan’s.
Update!!! BE commented and told me go to the site to connect directly. This is where I went originally but I did it again and it’s been over 24 hours with no response. Terrible customer service for spending 598.13 but total spent really shouldn’t matter when an establishment messes up as badly as they did. How did no one check this huge catering order to make sure it was correct ?

This was my first time eating out at a restaurant for Thanksgiving. However, it will not be my last. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff was amazing! And, I didn’t have to wash dishes afterwards.

Our waitress was Barb. She was so friendly and welcoming. She is truly an asset to your restaurant and I will be sure to ask for her in the future. We both really enjoyed the 2 for $8.99 specials. There are some great items on that list. I highly recommend the cranberry chicken pecan salad.-ECCELLENT!!!

This location has become one of our favorite chain restaurants. The breakfasts are really good and the prices are good. They seem to do things right here. They never mess up my order.
Often they seem to be understaffed, like so many restaurants these days. But they really do their best, and we get good service.

We had an amazing experience with PAIGE B!!!!! She’s an incredible server and an amazing waitress. We had such a great time we’ve had her as our server twice. She knew the menu inside and out and made wonderful suggestions. This girl is so experienced and did such a wonderful job. She was our favorite server and we will continue to come back to see her. This girl needs a raise and has done such an amazing job for the Bob Evans company. Thank you so much for your beautiful restaurant in hospitality. I feel so absolutely bad for everyone that orders here, waitress didn’t know what dippy eggs are, in Pittsburgh that’s absolutely insane , that’s okay she’s forgiven , those clown cooks in the back , need fired . If they were even close to being even prep cook certified , they’d know how to cook a egg over easy, btw I am prep cook certified and Serv safe manager certified , I ordered steak tips and eggs with toast and the entire plate took like 10 minutes and everything was lukewarm and flavorless trash . Yall should be ASHAMED. Couldn’t even be better for old folks at their old folks home , best part was the Luke warm steak bites , I should have know. When it was almost empty at 8am with breakfast specials. I tipped my waitress very well and left , yall should be embarrassed
