Buffalo Wild Wings in West Mifflin is a classic sports bar and grill located near the Century III Mall area. It is a popular destination for locals to watch games, eat some good food and good drinks. They offer a high energy environment with numerous large screen televisions and a wide selection of draft beers. The food here is delicious and the service was great..

Servers don’t even realize half the table didn’t get the food. So server gets them and delivers them COLD or not at all! Service super slow. I wouldn’t go here. Go to North Fayette location

I rarely come to BWW anymore because the wings are overpriced and a complete disappointment. I decided to go the other day to see if anything has improved and it has not. Ordered 10 wings for $15.49, what a rip off. My wings came out almost cold like they have been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour or were just microwaved for 15 seconds and sauce just slathered on. The wing quality itself was horrible. Small wings, mediocre amount of meat. The meat was so tough it actually made my jaw sore to chew. Had one deformed wing in there, of course where the bone broke in half which was gross. I ate them because I was hungry. I didn't want to complain because the bartender was really busy. I will never come here again. Literally anywhere else has better wings. The bartender was very nice though. So that's good. But overall this company serves sub-par food that is overpriced and sloppily made in the back by whoever they can get to work there. What an absolute disappointment.

I've been going to Buffalo Wild Wings since it's opened. My husband and I go at least once a week to unwind after work. The staff is very friendly, fast, and efficient. We often sit at the bar and have experienced all of the bartending staff. We were there last night and everything was great! A shout out to Jess and Kelly for being attentive! We will continue to go back!

I took my family in this place of business filled with hope and excitement. But left so deflated and dissapointed. We ordered wings, burgers, apps, and a bean burger. The size of the apps were so tiny for the price we paid, the burger for our child was dry black and hardly any cheese. The wings were so dry with hardly no sauce, the bean burger was absolutely totally burnt to a crisp. Waitor didn’t refill our water not once, when I told him the bean burger was inedible (and I never send food back) he took it back never offered a replacement. And then charged me for it until I called him out on it. The place had hardly anyone in there and there was so excuse for the lack of service we got and the horrible food. In the end was almost 100$. So dissapointed and we won’t be going back. It’s a shame.

They just straight up weren't sitting anyone or adding to the list. 70% tables open, most patrons sitting at the bar before 5PM. Weird.

Thursday October 23,2025 My family sat for a hour and ten minutes and never received any food even though we ordered appetizers we only had a fountain drink it was so annoying we walked out I felt bad for the server because he was kind we felt so uncomfortable and other people that came after us got food they still processed online orders horrible service I have to think was it us our kind I don’t know but needs to be handled

Walked in and one group of 4 was waiting in front of us…took 15 minutes to get seated. Started off good getting appetizers and they came out fast. Ordered food….took a while to come out…when it came out it appeared to have been messed up because I ordered tater tots and they added French fries….not a big deal as they added the tater tots but that explains the delay in the food coming out. Waitress checked on us once and we asked for refills…..30 minutes (after asking again) we finally got our refills (another table waited so long for refills that they basically went to the bar themselves and got the refills from the bartender). Got the check and of course that was messed up. We got the pick 6 which included 2 entrees 2 sides and 2 fountain drinks…..the waitress charged us for the fountain drinks….had to go back and correct the check which took another 20 minutes. Never going back again. My money spends elsewhere.

I've been to this location several times (usually twice a week) with mixed results. I like to sit/eat at the bar. Sometimes it's efficient/pleasant and sometimes a completely frustrating experience. Because the bar is a "U" shaped configuration waitress and bar staff congregate on one side and ignore anyone on the other side until they're ready to look that way. One bar staff worker who will remain nameless but is the crankiest will make me retreat to the parking lot if I see she's working. I used to go here 2 times a week but this location needs to realize there are more choices in the area with significantly lower prices. This location lost their customer service focus and my business.

Our food was good, but I can’t say much else positive about this location. The service was terrible, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. We had to ask for napkins and silverware, one person in our party received the wrong side, and two others didn’t receive their sides with their meal. After pointing out the missing sides, only one was brought out, and we had to ask again for the other, which didn’t arrive for 15–20 minutes. We were never asked about drink refills, our table was never bussed despite trays stacking up, the waiter was never around unless we flagged them down, and multiple checks were wrong. One guest was given the wrong change, and another had to wait 15–20 minutes to have an incorrect upcharge removed for the wrong side on their check.
