Walked in and one group of 4 was waiting in front of us…took 15 minutes to get seated. Started off good getting appetizers and they came out fast. Ordered food….took a while to come out…when it came out it appeared to have been messed up because I ordered tater tots and they added French fries….not a big deal as they added the tater tots but that explains the delay in the food coming out. Waitress checked on us once and we asked for refills…..30 minutes (after asking again) we finally got our refills (another table waited so long for refills that they basically went to the bar themselves and got the refills from the bartender). Got the check and of course that was messed up. We got the pick 6 which included 2 entrees 2 sides and 2 fountain drinks…..the waitress charged us for the fountain drinks….had to go back and correct the check which took another 20 minutes. Never going back again. My money spends elsewhere.

Our food was good, but I can’t say much else positive about this location. The service was terrible, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. We had to ask for napkins and silverware, one person in our party received the wrong side, and two others didn’t receive their sides with their meal. After pointing out the missing sides, only one was brought out, and we had to ask again for the other, which didn’t arrive for 15–20 minutes. We were never asked about drink refills, our table was never bussed despite trays stacking up, the waiter was never around unless we flagged them down, and multiple checks were wrong. One guest was given the wrong change, and another had to wait 15–20 minutes to have an incorrect upcharge removed for the wrong side on their check.

First time at the restaurant since it reopened. We are pretty patient people however, the service was S L O W. Had to ask the hostess if a sever was assigned to our table. Our drink order took forever, and the food order was not delivered together. We were done with our meal before the onion rings arrived and was tempted to send them back. Decided to pay with cash since our server dropped off the check and never made his way back to our table. I wouldn’t mind if the restaurant was busy, but that was not the case. On a positive note the food was delicious.

Horrible experience, food came to use cold and the I could barely taste the garlic that was in the spicy garlic. Other then the staff being nice and pleasant the experience will make sure I don't go back

One of the better chain restaurants in the area. Great cooks, friendly service. Nice and clean. Plenty of places inside to watch whatever you want. Out of all the chain restaurants nearby recommend this buffalo wild wings.

I really like the food here, though this is no longer my first choice of dining out. Only 1 visit was a very positive one. I have never been to a place that brings appetizers out with and after entrees are brought out. I watched others sit and get plates of food while still waiting for appetizers. One visit the server insisted the blueberry peach cider I ordered was the blue berry beer they also had on tap. Maybe staff is short, I’m not sure why service is delivered the way it is.

I am writing to share some feedback following my recent visit to your establishment. While I found the food to be acceptable, I was disappointed by the overall service experience. Specifically, the attitude of the staff seemed poor, and the service was noticeably slow. Even getting our drinks took an unacceptably long time.

I am unsure whether this is due to being understaffed or a management issue, but the current situation detracts significantly from the dining experience. I enjoy your menu and would like to continue coming to this location; however, improvements in service and staff attitude would be necessary for me to do so.

Ordered through GrubHub got the 20 piece boneless wings and fries. I didn't get 20 wings. Then offered a gift card. Why in the hell do I want a gift card to a place that is obviously not up to par. We didn't even eat the food. What a joke.

Just sat in their bar for about a half an hour and got ignored by every staff member. Honestly it’s laughable that they can call themselves a good establishment.

I had to wait and ask for my drink which was only lemonade. We ordered wings and the new cheesesteak. Which came later and it was chicken, had to wait to find waitress. She took it back and they made new one which didn't come with fries and no beer cheese on it. When u redo an entree u usually get everything on the plate. No fries this time. And only American cheese. Disappointed.
