Just sat in their bar for about a half an hour and got ignored by every staff member. Honestly it’s laughable that they can call themselves a good establishment.

I had to wait and ask for my drink which was only lemonade. We ordered wings and the new cheesesteak. Which came later and it was chicken, had to wait to find waitress. She took it back and they made new one which didn't come with fries and no beer cheese on it. When u redo an entree u usually get everything on the plate. No fries this time. And only American cheese. Disappointed.
Really loud had to shout across table to one another. Food was okay same as all BWW. Had a very friendly attentive server.

We had absolutely terrible visit from start to finish. We called at 6:08 from the PetSmart parking lot right down the hill to ask about the wait time since the last time we visited we were told there was an hour wait. We also wanted to eat fast as my blood sugar was low and I needed to eat before making the 40 minute drive home. The lady on the phone told us there was no wait. So we drove up the hill and walked in no less than 4 minutes after calling. The blonde girl at the front told us there would be a 5 minute wait. I said ok whatever sure and she told us to sit down at one of the benches on the side. We sit down and time passes and we begin noticing that random people are getting seated before us. 30 minutes go by after still not being seated and I ask the second blonde girl how much longer it would be. She asked for my name and I told her that the other blonde girl didn't even ask for my name when I came in 30 minutes ago when I was told a 5 minute wait for our party of 2. Did they think we were just sitting there for fun? She went and cleaned off a table and had us seated a few minutes later. Our server Joe comes and takes our order and he accidentally rang up my 10 boneless wing order as 15 boneless wings and told me that he would fix it when the check comes and still give me the 15 wings since it was his fault. My boyfriend's order of 15 boneless wings comes out super fast, but it barely has any sauce on it, most of the pieces are super small, and also some were so crunchy he could barely eat them. My wings did not come out until over 10 minutes later. The wings looked a lot bigger and better than my boyfriend's order. Then, my macaroni and cheese still did not come. Eventually, Joe went and got it himself after about 15 more minutes of waiting for it. We ate a little bit of our food and then asked for boxes and the check. I did not notice that I was charged for the 15 boneless wings instead of the 10 I ordered that he said he would fix until I got home. I was going to speak to a manager about the visit before I left, but at that point we had been there for over an hour and a half and we needed to get home so my boyfriend could get to work as he works the night shift and I figured I'd be leaving a complaint about the visit anyway. I still tipped him the 20% because he was nice and I didn't want to fault him when 90% of the problems of our visit was not his fault. This whole meal should have been comp'd for our truly terrible experience. I have never had such an awful time at a Buffalo Wild Wings, and this location was never this terrible before the fire. Will likely not be coming back. I contacted the customer service through the website and was not given any of my money back, just rewards points fora future purchase for a rewards program I was not even enrolled in. Will be disputing the charge once it is posted on my card account. Do better BWW.

Cold food bad server not worth the trip
I really tried to enjoy myself. TVs everywhere. The burgers were okay and the wings were good enough. Nothing comes to mind being great, just average.

The atmosphere of this place is nice, and I’m pleased they’ve reopened. However, last week they made a frustrating decision: they stopped allowing raw onions on their burgers, yet they continue to charge for grilled onions. It's hard to understand why they would cater to a preference that I believe is not that common. Most Americans, myself included, prefer raw onions on their burgers. While I recognize it's ultimately their decision, I feel strongly that I can choose to take my business elsewhere because of this new rule. Furthermore, my experience when I brought this issue up with a manager was disappointing; her rudeness, bitchy attitude, and dismissiveness were completely uncalled for. I expect better treatment as a loyal customer.

10 traditional, lunch special. $13 bucks. My order was simple. It took 4 trys getting this order in the system as a walk-in. And two different people.I went from $33 to $19 to lets try this again and then a finally $13. More practice needed in the to go section. Wings were good. Fries were cold, like too cold but I was out of time and couldn't go back. Never give a walk in cold fries.
I was very pleased with my experience at B-dubs in west mifflin after they reopened. The atmosphere was more open and seemed brighter. I enjoyed the nacho trio and fried pickles appetizers. The waitress consistently dropped in to check on things and my buf ranch chicken sandwich had just enough medium heat!

They did the whole restaurant over looks way better!!! The atmosphere is welcoming. The service is friendly. The food was great. Came out nice and hot. It’s way more room in here now, since they remodeled. It’s big screen TVs everywhere and it’s brighter in the inside as well.
They have this maple chipotle wings that is real good and they have cheese curds with some special sauce. I forgot what it’s called. It is great delicious!!!…
Will definitely be coming back.

Went there for the first time yesterday. I got the wrong wings and the waitress took them back. I waited 45 minutes for my new batch of wings as they did not put a rush on my order for their mistake, and my date was already done with her meal for 20 mins by the time I got them. The only thing I got was a "sorry about that I don't know how that happened" from the manager when he finally brought them to me.
