Ordered blizzards, cones and parfaits for the family. Upon eating them it tasted like they were made with spoiled milk. Stomach currently turning. My daughter couldn’t even finish her cone. My son took a spoon full of his and threw it away. Waste of money. But more importantly I hope we don’t get sick.

The advertised menu item (An all-chocolate DQ blizzard cake known as Choc Brownie Extreme) and the cake that I received did not match. My cake was 2/3 vanilla. I’m a Chocolate gal! Disappointed over my birthday cake failing to meet expectation and be the wrong flavor combination than advertised I reached out to the DQ. They offered $3 off my next cake (which may cover my gas)…to patronize them again. So, I’m disappointed now in the lack of sympathy and subpar offer.
The DQ cake provided was able to be eaten by my guests. The cake had the correct wording and the employees who took my order and completed the transaction were both kind.

Whoever is working right now has a bad attitude. I asked for a small chocolate shake..when she handed me a vanilla I said oh sorry I said chocolate… she rudely said no u said vanilla and slammed the window then one second later handed me a slightly darker vanilla shake. I worked at dq for years. No reason for her to be so mad.

Always good service & of course, great treats!!! The girls working here are always sooo friendly and service is fast !!
Google says DW closes at 9:30 on a Friday night but when we arrived at 9:10, the shop was closed and no lights were on. I understand that staffing is difficult, but please post if you are going to change your hours on a weekend night.

Placed an order on door dash... they immediately cancelled the order. Then they shut door dash orders off. For some reason this location always has door dash turned off. Just don't be on the door dash platform if you can't keep up.
A good dairy queen with above average service. The food isn't as good as some other local small business ice cream shops but the service is above average and the atmosphere and location are central to a lot of other places making this an excellent place to go for ice cream!
Parking: Parking is in an adjacent lot, business is on a steep hill so turning into and out of the lot can be difficult. Parking is free and plentiful though.

Super tasty, but the hours on Google are wrong and there's no hours posted on the building, so your cravings had better not be past 7pm or so...EDIT: I don't want a generic apology, I want you to post hours ON THE BUILDING that are accurate and then actually be open when you say you'll be open. 5* in general, -2* for not posting accurate hours, -1* for the copypasta response instead of fixing the problem.
