This was our every 2 weeks restaurant since we got here, but we received racism from the people that work here. Not recommended at all if the service depends on the "ethnicity".

Went this evening with my wife and ordered super bird and she ordered 2 pancakes. Patiently waited and understanding it’s hard getting help within the restaurant business we waited approximately 45 minutes then started to notice 7-10 plates starting to pile up for waitresses to deliver to their tables but they appear to be in the rear of building us believing there were other customers seated back there. Finally one came around and asked cooks where is table 9 food? Cook replied it’s been here which is at least 1 of the 2 of our dinners that were sitting there the past 15-20 minutes getting cold. We had enough and got up to leave . Before leaving we asked to speak to the manager and at that time our waitress laughed and my wife said why are you laughing at us and she replied she wasn’t laughing at us but did say she was laughing. Manager came out and listened to our experience along with us stating there were several tables behind us and no one being served and appears that there were many dinners just sitting idle. All she said was she was sorry. On our way out we looked where waitresses appeared to be in the back of the restaurant there were no other customers seated back there so what were they doing ? Diffently not serving anyone. Manager must have been hanging out with the lazy waitresses and obviously didn’t care about any patrons! Horrible manager and customer service. I’m not one to write reviews or complain but this one got to me.
We beat the mad rush by going around 11pm. Fast, friendly service. Coffee is always good. Enjoyed a breakfast with omelet, hash browns, etc.

The people who work and serve you here are special to my heart and very welcoming and fun. Can't wait to be back
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly with activities for the kids like a color in serving place matt. But fun with games.

Love Denny's, and visit whenever we're in Pittsburgh, but I drove 30+ minutes to eat there showing OPEN on website and google-onlu to find they were closed.
Very disappointing, especially with my 89 yr old Dad.

I eat at ALOT of breakfast places, and this is one of the best. The service and the food are always great. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and thus, the entire restaurant is enough to bring this down to a 4.

Stopped for a late dinner. The food was good. The waitress and hostess were nice. Windows were clean. Seats were nice & clean. Tables were clean. Stainless steel was really clean. The only negative was the sticky menu for the value menu.

A Masterclass in How Not to Run a Restaurant
Oh, where do I even begin with this culinary adventure? Let’s start with our lovely hostess, who greeted us with all the warmth of a winter chill. I mean, who needs a smile when you can have a blank stare, right?
Upon arriving at our "reserved" table, we were thrilled to find it had not been cleaned from the previous patrons. Nothing says fine dining like remnants of someone else's meal! But fear not, our diligent hostess swooped in to save the day—by clearing off the dishes and cleaning the table with her bare hands. A round of applause for such meticulous hygiene! After her grand performance, she graciously invited us to sit down at our still-dirty table. How charming!
Now, let’s talk about the service—or lack thereof. After an eternity of waiting, our waiter finally graced us with his presence. I half-expected him to be in a different dimension, considering how long it took him to take our order. He barely acknowledged our existence, asking what we wanted in a tone that suggested he’d rather be anywhere else.
Fast forward 35 minutes, and guess what? Still no food! I was beginning to think we were on some sort of "dine and delay" program. Not once did the waiter check in on us. I guess he was busy perfecting the art of invisibility.
At the 42-minute mark, our food finally arrived—cold and unappetizing, as if it had been specially prepared for a customer who enjoys their meal at room temperature. And surprise, surprise! Our waiter was still MIA. It was truly impressive how he managed to evade us so expertly.
Eventually, my husband had to channel his inner waiter and get up to request the check himself. Talk about a role reversal!
In summary, if you're looking for a dining experience that combines unwelcoming staff, long waits, and cold food, this is the place for you! I can confidently say we will never return, nor will we recommend this establishment to anyone—unless, of course, we want to share a good laugh at our friends’ expense. Cheers to never dining here again!
