I get take out 5 double hamburgers , I get home and one of them is missing the bottom bun. This isn't rocket science!

The ladyman at the front desk was loud she look like she hate her job and when i asked for a straw she proceeded to yell at me like we wasnt in a public establishment and then i got my straw but then she rolled her eyes at me in disgust.

ordered 3 Grinch meals. Girl at drive thru did not say one word to me threw out the entire interaction. Handing me my drinks slammed window shut. Handed me my food. Slammed window shut. And no straws!!!

Hate giving bad reviews, but this place just can’t keep up. Not sure what the issue is, but you can expect long waits. I order delivery from here and the food is always well packaged and hot, but dinning in and the drive thru is just a nightmare.

Tired of bad service. These people act like it is not there job to serve you.They ignore you. Never say hello and forget getting ice in your drink. I asked for a refill it took forever and once they finnaly managed to give me a refill and no ice . I got a dirty look for asking if I could get ice. I will never bring my family here again.

This is my favorite McDonald's in America. I mean that. I drive for a living and hands down this place is the best. My food is always hot and fresh. The Coke is the strongest I've ever had from a fountain. Tonight the young lady's working were so polite and friendly!!!! I always come here when I'm in West Mifflin! KUDOS!!!!!

I want to thank all of the McDonalds employees at this McDonalds on a job well done tonight!! Kennywood was ABSOLUTELY horrible with parking, we were in line 2hr30min just to park and be told lots full!!! You all provided AMAZING food service and a smile!!! Thank you for being available to a mom with 2 starving disappointed teenagers!!! We will be back😁 Thank you for the smiles at both pay and pick up window, we appreciated you SO Much tonight
