Went there to drive thru in morning and vehicles in front of me backed out and left apparently the first car had been sitting there for a long time with no one taking order.I don't understand fast food places these days,the quality of food is much worse,the prices are doubled,and service worse than ever,they should just be all shut down on the basis they serve no purpose anymore

I can not stress this enough, this is THE BEST McDonalds. I will not order from anywhere else. We do a mobile order at least once a week and everything is perfect and HOT. Service is on point every time.

I am a mother of a special needs child and at times she gets hard and I leave things. I left my purse and called this location. It wasn't recognized until almost 9pm but I was there around 230pm today (2/24/24). I spoke with a Woman that started polite then she yelled at me after I asked if they seen my peanut butter color purse. She went on about a hoodie and asked someone has someone left a black pure. That person said no (I could hear him). I Asked her can she clarify that the purse was brown, not black. She cussed at me and scream NOBODY HAS YOUR DAMN PURSE and hung up. I'm an ex officer and my husband is a Navy vet now medical biller. I sustained my tone. I Called back and a younger male voice picked up and refused to give me corporates number. He put me on hold then hung up. Please investigate this because I'm confident someone may have stolen my bag. We are the 40 year old black couple with our special needs 4 year old in the play area. Shameful service. I'm from AZ. I've been her about 17 months and customer service has been a horrible experience moving here. Sad
