Was at Kennywood with my family and we went to go get food and watched as they served a security guard who was in front of us and literally as soon as we got up to the window they tell us that they're now closed. When I asked how the security guard got food they gave some excuse about him ordering earlier. They were more concerned with playing on their phones than serving food so with that being said we definitely won't be coming here anymore

Man, this Primanti's outpost has terrible reviews! My experience this past week was a pleasant surprise. I didn't expect much since this is a kiosk inside Kennywood, but my sandwich was delicious. Soft bread, fresh tomato and meat (turkey), coleslaw that wasn't too wet, tasty fries . The employees were very friendly and helpful. My food came out quickly despite the fact that only two people were working at the kiosk. The menu is limited, but the options are a decent selection.
Kid-friendliness: It doesn't get much more kid friendly than Kennywood. The menu does include chicken strips if your kids don't want a sandwich.

My husband and I ate at the one on 51. We get the pastrami sandwich which we do and are very good! The last two times the COLESLAW HAD NO TANGY ZIP TO IT!!! which makes the sandwich so good.What happened to the COLESLAW!!!! It’s very bland!! Please make it the way it was!! That’s what made their sandwiches so good along with the fries on it. I think we will go elseware to get a good Premanti sandwich that we like.

Garbage employees. Complete trash service. Don't expect anything in a timely manner. However, do expect everybody behind you to get their food first. "Waiting on fries" for your order, but everybody else's has fries with them that ordered after you? What a joke.

We got the bacon fries they were very small for the price. The bacon was imitation bacon bits. And the fries did not taste like primantis fries at all. I expected a lot better with primantis name on it.

The quality of your sandwiches are not up to standards. I expect a delicious primanti's brother's sandwich not a soggy, bloody bread sandwich with uncooked runny wet pastrami. I have had good pastrami sandwiches from Primanti's locations. BUT Kennywood location employees need some more training. MY Sandwich & fries were disgusting. I will not be back at this location. Your Chicken fingers also had no Flavor what so ever as well. I also will be spreading the word on service here. This was a waste of money and I was still hungry!... I'm tired of wasting money here. It just Not worth eating here. I'm at the point of starting to bring my own food in the park which is a SHAME! The Pnc ballpark Primanti's tastes way better. This is place is horrible!!!!!!! New Cooks Needed ASAP!
