They seem to have a lot of trouble with mobile orders and occasionally depending on who it is it has an attitude with it. Also I really don’t understand but they drinks themselves really don’t taste as good as other locations.

don't know if i just caught this barista on a bad day or what but- i got a coffee in the AM. i want to iterate that i order the exact same thing everyday and i know how it was supposed to look. What i received was very watered down. Looked like it had 0 milk in it when i asked for extra and looked like i had received the shots of espresso that pull whenever it rinses itself. I didn't even need to taste the coffee. I didn’t need to because i knew it wasn’t going to be good. No big deal right? I can just get it remade later. Now its 4PM . i had to go back later because of personal errands i needed to run. So i go back into the store not thinking anything of it. I openly apologize for asking for my drink to be remade, off the bat this barista is openly rude to me and has a horrible attitude despite the fact i am apologizing for asking for my drink to be remade. Shes openly very annoyed while re-typing in my drink and then tries to explain to me that my drink looks like thag because i ordered it a certain way. I try to explain that there was obviously no milk in my coffee and she says “its supposed to be a splash” and i point out to her that i asked for 3/4 oatmilk which is extra oatmilk. And i know this because im a partner at another store. Then her attitude changes and she finishes ringing in my drink. At this point im very upset that i had to even bring up that im also a starbucks employee for her to stop being rude to me. Is this how you treat every customer that wants their drink remade? At my store we apologize, listen and understand what we did wrong so we can fix it. We dont argue and belittle the customer. I sit down in the cafe and wait for my drink and to be fully honest at this point i wanted to just leave. Because whoever took my order is very obviously talking about me on the headset and gesturing towards me and glancing at me and im very uncomfortable by this and i should have just left at this point. But i already went though too much at this point i just suck it up and get my drink. I compare the 2 drinks and one is very obviously different shades than the other because this one had milk in it. I dont ask them to throw away the old one. i dont even throw it in their trash because i know how annoying it can be to have tons of liquid in the trash. I get in my car and dump out my old coffee in the parking lot. Not on their sidewalk. not near the door. Not on the patio but in the parking lot. and i can still clearly see this person talking about me and STILL making exaggerated gestures towards me and i know this because i see everyone else on staff look/ glance out the window towards me and my car and at this point im just staring because im so dumbfounded by what just happened. Now look. I get it. Sometimes we have bad days. Maybe she just got yelled at 5 minutes prior to me coming in. Maybe she was just having a bad hour. Or something was happening in her personal life that made her not want to come to work that day. But when you work in customer service especially whenever you are facing a person face to face you have to swallow your anger and pride and just keep going because if you dont you can seriously ruin someones day. i shouldnt have to bring up that i work for the same company as you to treat me like a human being and then continue to very clearly complain about me in front of me. Check your at the door. Take 5 minutes in the bathroom. Because i never want someone else to feel uncomfortable the way i felt at this store. Safe to say i will not be returning and this was just based on a 5 minute interaction. I seriously hope that some new training is implemented because. wow. And keep in mind. This was all over me just wanting my drink to be remade.

I, for the life of me, don’t understand why this is the only location that can’t make a caramel ribbon crunch correctly. I even ask for extra caramel and crunch because they never put ANY in it and they STILL don’t. Everywhere else puts some whip cream, caramel and crunch in the bottom. Drizzles some caramel on sides. Then tops it with the whip cream, caramel and crunch. This place fills the cup with the drink then drizzles a minuscule amount of caramel and barely any crunch (if they remember it at all). I am beyond sick of it. I have taken to going IN to target just because they make EVERYTHING better in there.
Why????? Start teaching consistency across your locations Starbucks!! And for the love of God, teach these ppl how to make a Caramel Ribbon Crunch.

I am so impressed with this teams ability to manage the rush and keep the sitting area clean. It is a very busy location. Sometimes, other customers are unkind, but the baristas here maintain a positive environment for the customers and their peers. Kam has such a sunny personality.
My coffee was amazing- everything I needed it to be today.
I am glad I had time to sit down today and people watch. I enjoyed my morning at Starbucks ☕️

Today I went in the morning and in the evening. Both times my drinks were wrong. I even checked the tag on the drinks because I thought I must have ordered it wrong, but when I looked it was listed. I get making a drink wrong here and there but twice in one day when it clearly says “no strawberry inclusions” and “no cool whip” right on the tag, that is just lazy. When I went in the evening, when I asked about there being cool whip even though it clearly says “no cool whip” instead of just taking it off, I received a very exaggerated eye roll, where I am surprised their eyes did not get stuck in the back of their head. Even though it is thier job to make the overpriced drinks I buy every day, at least once, it is still never made right at this location. And in addition to it always being made incorrectly, I receive attitude when asking for it to be fixed. (Pleasant Hills Starbucks in PA)

This isn’t the first time this has happened but placed a mobile order to pick up and when I get there they have a sign on the door where you can’t go in to pick up your drink. You have to wait in a line of 40+cars in the drive through to get your drink. Absolutely unacceptable. Turn the mobile order off if this is going to happen but again this isn’t the first time this has happened so I’m assuming it still hasn’t been addressed. This was also on Mother’s Day. The store manager Ashleigh is inept of putting their customers first. The one worker didn’t even know the last name of her own store manager.
