I didnt like how They didnt ask me my name for my drink order, so ineveitably I was not notified when it was ready. The drink tasted good though. Never had that happen to me at Starbies before. But I'd give them another shot

I come to this Starbucks at least 1 time a week, and the staff is great! 💕 Always polite, food and drinks are great too!
The people are nice, but the interior is too small, like sitting in a bus.
Parking lot is cramped.

I stop 3-4 days a week on my drive to the office. The latte was fine but the service was awful.They were giving out the holiday cups. I asked for a holiday cup and was told that my specific drink did not qualify ( which I was not told when I ordered). This was after I waited way too long for the drink. It's not about the cup but the tone of the response. After I finish this current gift card that I just reloaded, looks like Dunkin is my new daily stop. As someone who owns a business this employee needs trained on customer service.

This location is so hit or miss with the quality of the coffee. It hasn’t been the same since the remodel and now that Carl isn’t there anymore the coffee just isn’t worth it. On top of them raising the price to eight dollars when it’s not being prepared correctly. You pay for premium coffee by knock off workers. Today, I went in and got my coffee and came out with it tasting like cinnamon and milk. There was so much cinnamon in this coffee that it burned the back of my throat. This is really the last time I ever go to this location.
