I am so impressed with this teams ability to manage the rush and keep the sitting area clean. It is a very busy location. Sometimes, other customers are unkind, but the baristas here maintain a positive environment for the customers and their peers. Kam has such a sunny personality.

My coffee was amazing- everything I needed it to be today.

I am glad I had time to sit down today and people watch. I enjoyed my morning at Starbucks ā˜•ļø

Fellow Customers- be nice. Baristas are people, too!

Today I went in the morning and in the evening. Both times my drinks were wrong. I even checked the tag on the drinks because I thought I must have ordered it wrong, but when I looked it was listed. I get making a drink wrong here and there but twice in one day when it clearly says ā€œno strawberry inclusionsā€ and ā€œno cool whipā€ right on the tag, that is just lazy. When I went in the evening, when I asked about there being cool whip even though it clearly says ā€œno cool whipā€ instead of just taking it off, I received a very exaggerated eye roll, where I am surprised their eyes did not get stuck in the back of their head. Even though it is thier job to make the overpriced drinks I buy every day, at least once, it is still never made right at this location. And in addition to it always being made incorrectly, I receive attitude when asking for it to be fixed. (Pleasant Hills Starbucks in PA)

This isn’t the first time this has happened but placed a mobile order to pick up and when I get there they have a sign on the door where you can’t go in to pick up your drink. You have to wait in a line of 40+cars in the drive through to get your drink. Absolutely unacceptable. Turn the mobile order off if this is going to happen but again this isn’t the first time this has happened so I’m assuming it still hasn’t been addressed. This was also on Mother’s Day. The store manager Ashleigh is inept of putting their customers first. The one worker didn’t even know the last name of her own store manager.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I can’t tell you the last time I have had a coffee made correctly. I am an everyday customer. I know a lot of people say they are ā€œregularsā€ but I legit went everyday sometimes twice a day. The prices of things now a days, they should be grateful that I am spending my money with them instead of another coffee shop. So to come and NEVER get my coffee made correctly is not acceptable. I called the store manager that’s a joke. So finally reached out to the district manager and that was even a bigger joke. The district manager I spoke to was Lee Ann Mahute. She has YET to reply to my email that was sent in December. We had a few messages back and forth and then just stopped replying. But still no resolution. . . .

The store was perfectly fine. Leaving the lot, I felt like my car was going to bust in half. They're paying too much for rent when the landlord isn't keeping up on road repairs.
