The caramel macchiato that I paid $7 for today stunk and was utterly disgusting... I mixed and shook my drink several times but after 2 small sips of it, it tasted disgustingly tart, bitter and burnt, not to mention the smell.... I have never drank a machiatto that tasted like that... So while the drink was off the service and atmosphere were fine but I should've returned it instead if throwing it away...

The lady in front of us ordered no problem. Then the 3 employees gathered around the end to gossip and we were totally ignored and when we finally got waited on the girl was still in a conversation w the 2 other employees. Very rude

Everytime I venture into a Starbucks my venti vanilla late gets weaker and weaker. So this time I ask for 2 extra shots of espresso, I figure if it's too strong I can add some raw sugar, and this time it actually tasted like a vanilla late that I used to love about Starbucks. But at $8.75 a a pop I won't be rushing to Starbucks for my morning caffeine fix.
