Stopped about 8pm. Waiting in the drive tru was horrible. After Waiting for what seemed to be eternity a girl comes to the window with an order that's nit mine at that point I looked at my watch and it took 11 more minutes for my food. It smelled burned. When I got home the food wasn't burned but all the black burned stuff from the grill that apparently had not need cleaned was stuck on my food. Stay away from this place. Called customer service and their attitude was as bad as this location.

I have never been to a Taco Bell so pulchritudinous. It was the best food I have ever had! Jeffery was really nice, and he attended us well while going through the drive through! The food was well cooked, and my son kept shoving his face with more tacos!🤣🤣

We waited 1.5 hrs in the drive thru line. We were stuck and could not get out of the line. No explanations, no I’m sorry for your wait. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES. JUST HORRIBLE

Orders are never right. The staff is rude and tries to gaslight you when they screw up. And if you order on the app and somebody else steals your order before you get there to pick it up, forget about getting any type of service from the staff

Not my usual spot because my family doesn't like mexican food. I snuck in by myself they other night. My food was so good! I got the loaded nachos with red sauce on the side, double stacker taco with tomatoes, n 5-layer beef burrito. They accidentally gave me a bean burrito instead of beef. But it was still delicious. The service was fast. The only thing I can sort of criticize is asking a question about the food. YOU now order on your phone or on a screen. And unless you pay cash they're in the back hustling, baby! I never seen mens arms move that fast. It was impressive. But the man that I paid was the one making my food. He had a couple more orders to complete before mine. He remembered everything about my order that I asked for. (I wanted sauce n spicy stuff on the side) They were awesome there. The drive thru line looks long, but don't let that deceive you it goes by quick. Hope this helps! 😁

My order said it would be done at 942 and I got here at 950 and it was not done I have been waiting for it for 30 + minutes and it still isn’t done. They have bad service all around and I work at at fast food place and we r never this slow I will never be order food from this location again
