Honestly, the best executive decision Taco Bell ever made was hiring Blaine. Every time I hit the drive-thru, he is consistently the man. Most places make you feel like a burden for wanting a Cheesy Gordita Crunch at 11 PM, but Blaine actually makes the experience top-tier. Give that man a raise already, he’s carrying the whole location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I’ve been in the drive thru it’s over an hour almost two hour wait. The food is disgustingly horrible because they don’t give you fresh food at all even after waiting for so long. Please don’t waste your time going to this location it’s slow the food is always cold, hard and nasty it’s just a waste. You ask for fresh fries all they do is just heat it up in the microwave never again will I waste my money here. They need a whole new staff especially in the evenings. I will be contacting corporate on this location because it’s ridiculous and somebody needs to be fired

Stopped for a quick meal after work but waited 20 minutes for rushed, cold food. I got a chicken melt that was not melted. At least the employees were nice.
The food is always good but Workers are extremely rude and unprofessional they ignore you and get an attitude

This location is atrocious! We waited in the drive thru for 45 min waiting for somebody to take our order. We finally decided to pull around and go inside, where the workers were hardly doing anything! I let them know there’s a long line for the drive thru, and not one person cared. They either need to figure it out, or hire new workers!

I’m confused on how a mistake like this even happens. I ordered a meal which had a cheesy Gordita crunch, a drink, and a soft taco. What I received was a dorito taco, a hard shell taco, and a drink. One star because hey at least the drink was right I guess. I wanted 20 minutes for my food at 3 in the afternoon. The hard shell taco (which I didn’t order) wasn’t put in a sleeve or anything just put loose in the bag so when I got to my house this is what I opened the wrapper to see. How is my order messed up every single time?
