Stopped at this taco bell after the matt rife show in Pittsburgh and I will have to say it was the freshest taco bell I've had in a long time we did wait a few minutes longer but it was hot and fresh whoever closed did a fantastic job thank you!

I walked in and up to the counter like I always do to order, purposely avoiding the kiosks to make sure people have a job, and stood there for several minutes without being acknowledged. Heard someone make a remark of "there's no one available and they will have to wait". Nice to know that they do NOT need or value their "walk in counter customers". They won't see me again 😁

Slow af like everytime you come here and ik like staffing problems but it's almost impossible to not get suck for 30 mins + . I even did a mobile order to save time and placed it before leaving my house and still had to wait FOREVER.

I was in the drive through at 1:47am Saturday night. The employee in the drive through was arguing with the customer in front of me. I thought the customer was being rude. I tried to apologize for the customer in front of me. The young man got on the speaker and laughed at me and mocked me with his friends. He told me to wait a half hour for deep cleaning, and when I said I would, he began laughing again because that's what the last customer offered to do as well.
While the food is good, DO NOT come here at night. The service is slow as Hell in the afterhours.

Ordered delivery early in the morning (I work overnights and was on my lunch break) and I was somewhat disappointed. They got fairly simple things on my order wrong (putting ice in drinks I requested with no ice, putting no toppings on the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, and forgetting the dip with the nacho fries). I understand that it's early in the morning and not everyone is on the same schedule, but c'mon man. :/
