Very hit or miss! Wendy’s prices have gotten INSANE ( $3.19 for a junior bacon cheeseburger!!) Get real! Usually understaffed, some very good employees, others awful. Their new ordeal is charging for sauces. Consider other options…

I went in today seen a line stood there for a bit and once i was up to have someone take my order i was waiting at counter for like 10 minutes and a dude came in and just screamed at the workers real loud. I had to pay for sauces like i ordered them wit my nuggets why am i paying for a sauce. please be fr and the workers need improvement

Service is the absolute worst. Waited 20 minutes for 2 frosty's just to be told they are out of them. Then when I asked for a refund, they mysteriously had them again. Slow service, unfriendly staff, dirty tables.

Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes before getting to the speaker. Waited 10 more minutes because why not. My husband said “hello” to which someone popped off in the speaker “we are extremely busy with mobile orders we’ll be with you when we can!!!!” Okay I get it but say something lol. 3 people got out of line before and after us. They immediately put someone on to take the order, then mid giving the order, the other person pops back in to say “there’s gonna be a wait on that! I have to drop nuggets!” Again, okay. She clearly embarrassed the employee trying to take the order by interjecting. Not sure if she was the manager or not but pretty abhorrent behavior regardless. It’s one thing to be busy with mobile orders, it’s another to ignore the entire drive-thru and then be condescending to customers. I understand you’re probably short staffed and have no ability to change mobile orders, but what happened to humanity lmao

Went through the drive thru around 10-11 ordered our food. Got to the window to pay was asked to pull forward as they were waiting on the rest of our food to be finished. Received our food the burgers where ice cold and when I say iced cold it felt like they where pulled out of the freezer and slapped on the bun. Went back to the speaker explained to them what happen was asked to pull back to the window. Got back to the window handed them the cold food and explained that the health department would fine them. The girl (not sure if she was the manger started screaming saying that there was no reason for me to say anything about the health department handed me the new food which wasn’t all there and she started screaming throwing her hands in the air using offensive language slamming the window closed asking why I was still there the coworkers where pushing her back. The other coworker couldn’t explain why the food was cold when it was sitting in their warmer. So warning anyone that goes at night unless you carry a thermometer to check the temperature of your food I would suggest not going there as someone will get very sick. Yes the health department will be contacted.

Truly the WORST experience at a Wendys ever. No sense of urgency at all ..they screwed up a hamburger order for me. Omg, it's like no one knows how to read! We will never be back .so sad because Wendy's was always a great place to eat back in the day. No one cares anymore and it shows!

Can’t even leave a review about the food or atmosphere due to at 730 on a Saturday night no one was working. We sat in the drive thru on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered the drive thru just to tell us “It’ll be a couple more minutes”. 5 cars were behind us. Wouldn’t sit there any more and drove off. What a waste.
We went there around 8pm on Sunday to order our dinner inside to go. The Kiosk wouldn't except my reward barcode on my app. I stood at counter for a couple mins and noone came up so we just went ahead and paid for it anyway since we were pinched for time. We got our food and was told that the drink dispenser was acting up, that it had no ice and it was warm so we had to settle for coke from behind the counter, its one of the reasons we go there because of the options for drinks. We ordered 5 drinks and then were told they were out of drink carriers too when we asked for one to help us carry them to the car. We got home alittle later to sit down and eat and found out they forgot a large fry as well. Very disappointed. I mean I know its fast food but come on. It was a hot mess as soon as we walked into the lobby. Might have to try the one in Brentwood next time but then again maybe not since the lobby usually isn't never open..??

Decent food but waited about 25 minutes in drive thru. Stay away in the evening. Waited until my friend was at the window to tell him they were out of stock on mobile order. I won't be going back.

Just listened to an employee yell at the lady in front of me because she was upset she had a breakfast mobile order past 10 super rude and unprofessional I left and canceled my order
