We went there around 8pm on Sunday to order our dinner inside to go. The Kiosk wouldn't except my reward barcode on my app. I stood at counter for a couple mins and noone came up so we just went ahead and paid for it anyway since we were pinched for time. We got our food and was told that the drink dispenser was acting up, that it had no ice and it was warm so we had to settle for coke from behind the counter, its one of the reasons we go there because of the options for drinks. We ordered 5 drinks and then were told they were out of drink carriers too when we asked for one to help us carry them to the car. We got home alittle later to sit down and eat and found out they forgot a large fry as well. Very disappointed. I mean I know its fast food but come on. It was a hot mess as soon as we walked into the lobby. Might have to try the one in Brentwood next time but then again maybe not since the lobby usually isn't never open..??

Decent food but waited about 25 minutes in drive thru. Stay away in the evening. Waited until my friend was at the window to tell him they were out of stock on mobile order. I won't be going back.

My first breakfast at Wendy’s. The back and egg and cheese muffin was good. And I love the seasoned potatoes. My drink was ginger ale. I didn’t know they even had ginger ale at Wendy’s.

PLEASE be careful when walking in the place. I almost killed myself the whole floor was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY.And I was being quite careful.
They had a dude that is black that looks like a girl come outside hitting on my vehicle because I had to wait 20 minutes after they told me they were doing something and there was nobody in line, It is 90° out and I have my children in the car and they got mad that I woke up my window saying screaming on the speaker. And then come out hitting my car. And then I asked for the person’s insurance and they don’t have insurance.

Just terrible attitudes most of the time when I shop here. Hospital and customer service are rare. Food is a coin flip if it will be fresh and tasty or old and cold Only stop in a pinch Lunch and dinner rush, drive through like is wrapped around the building and at a snails pace

I am not one to post comment..but something really needs done about this place ..there was noone available to take my order, I had to order on a keios..I was unable to order half cut iced tea..waited 5 minutes for my food as I washed the person make it and it sat in the warmer until it was my turn to be bagged ..I ordered a salad ..when did Wendy's make there full size salads to half size and the lettuce was all that spring mix no romaine..my husband ordered a ranch chicken sandwich that you could of killed someone with it was that overcooked and hard ..I realize that they were short staffed and it is not the employees who were there to work doing the best they could ...but is this the quality of food Wendy's wants to serve ..I guess so ...Sorry I will never return ..
