Used to love this Wendy’s, now not so much. Multiple times they’ve gotten my order wrong. Staff doesn’t seem to care about much. On the inside the kiosk offers no benefits over just telling a worker at the counter what you want, because they still manage to get it wrong. You still end up waiting a significant amount of time as well. Overall this place is either heavily understaffed or the staff has the brainpower of a giraffe about to be euthanized. It is a very hallow shell of its former past.
And for those who think I’m just an old person complaining about stuff, I’m just shy of 20. This place has serious issues.

I typically order from this location at least twice a week. For a family of four, our meals usually cost around $35–$40, and when we order for two, it’s about $20–$25. That adds up to roughly $3,000 a year—about the same as groceries—but at least we’ve been able to eat semi-healthy here.

However, for every five orders, three of them have something wrong. Whether it’s receiving the wrong drink, getting all the toppings on a sandwich when I specifically ask for just pickles and mayo, or missing dressings for nuggets, there’s almost always an issue. I understand that this location gets busy, so I rarely complain. In the past year, out of approximately 100 orders, I only received a free replacement once.

Last week, we placed an order, and an entire bag was missing, along with other incorrect items and drinks. My wife tried calling the store that night, but no one answered. She called again the next morning, and the general manager offered to replace our meal. However, when I went to pick up the replacement order today, an unhelpful employee refused to honor it simply because I couldn’t remember the manager’s name. Her "advice" was to “try remembering the manager’s name next time.” She acted as if she were defending Wendy’s like Johnny Cochran defended O.J. Simpson.

The issue here is simple: a fast-food employee prioritized denying my replacement meal—one that I already paid for—over basic customer service. This person, likely put in charge of a shift without any real business or customer service knowledge, just cost this establishment a loyal customer.

Today, I realized I spend $3,000 a year at this location, and I’m cutting that out of my budget. An average Wendy’s does about $2 million in revenue. The cost of replacing a few orders they messed up is negligible compared to retaining customers. A single free meal would have amounted to just a 1% discount on my annual spending. Instead, this short-sighted decision could result in losing thousands in revenue if similar experiences drive away more customers. This is how businesses fail.

The irony? The same rude employees who refuse to correct mistakes are often the ones responsible for making them. What gets overlooked is that a portion of the money I spend here indirectly contributes to their paychecks. I don’t expect free food—I expect to receive what I paid for, prepared correctly.

I hope the franchise owner or district manager takes notice when they see sales decline. Instead of spending $38 at Wendy’s today, I went to Sam’s Club and bought a case of pre-cooked chicken and hamburger patties. I don’t eat fries and can make my own baked potatoes. Sam’s Club also has salad kits for about $3, replacing the salads I typically order. Cutting this place out of my budget won’t be difficult.

Walked in to a group of 5 employees standing around telling me I have to use the kiosk. Wait 10 minutes to get to the one kiosk that is working to see it's credit cards only. Why in the hell would I put fast food on a credit card? So I left. No employee had any problem watchung any of this, including the manager. This place is a joke.

Sometimes they are understaffed and it would take forever in the drive thru line. Overall a good place. Rarely have mistakes made.

The drive-thru was completely ful,l so we went inside to order. We got inside although there was a man standing behind the counter he pointed to the kiosk and told us we had to order at the kiosk. After placing our orders he handed us our cups to go service ourselves. The soda machine was absolutely disgusting!!!!!! It looks like it has not been cleaned in months!!!! The counter where you get your ketchup and straws and napkins was absolutely disgusting as well it looks like nobody has even attempted to claim this area in a very long time!!!! We got our food to go we ate inside the car and it was absolutely gross!!!! I took a couple bites of my burger ,and could not finish it I was sick the rest of the night!!! I cannot believe how poorly run this place is, and I will never go back to this restaurant again!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!!

Now they have kiosks to order your food. I was ordering for 3 people. The kiosk would not add what I wanted, after 10 minutes we gave up and went to Chic fil A to eat. I hope others that order for more than 1 person has better luck than I did.
I HAD TO PICK 1 STAR. LOL

Waited at the drive through for over 20 minutes to order and when I tried to get someone the girl told me that I had to wait because the first window was full. There was no one there. I eventually pulled around to the window without ordering to see what was going on and the girl was now sitting in the lunch area and 2 people were just hanging out in the kitchen area not doing anything. There were 6 cars piled up behind me. Absolutely unacceptable. Would love to speak to the manager about this. These employees are just wasting time and losing their owner money.

Just had an order brought by doordash the right stuff was on the receipt but two lousy chicken sandwiches were in the bag. The order that was supposed to be filled including the $10 baconator sandwich. So I just paid $30 for two lousy chicken sandwiches and fries.
