This place is so neat! In a nice little town area. Everything is super affordable! Cool sit down spot. I recommend this place!
Need a better system for giving people their ice cream when it's busy.
It doesnt taste like you just put a scoop on top of a pie, its a whole other experience.
Very friendly service.
Awesome throwback to the past.
The nicest people!!! Nicest waitress!!!! Tons of cool vintage candies!
I went here with my family and 2 kids. They charged us 18% gratuity because it was “6 or more”. I understand that this is a small business but this tactic is sneaky. Fine dining restaurants don’t even do this. They also up charged their season ice cream flavors with tiny print on the menu. My son didn’t enjoy his ice cream flavor so the waitress grabbed him something else- and we were still charged. I mean this is just standard ice cream, nothing special about it- so I feel like a bill should not be $40 for ice cream. My mom complained about the gratuity and the manager/ worker didn’t care or even acknowledge her feelings or try to make things right. I would have thought a smaller place would care more about their customers. Very disappointed and we will not be going back- we will also spread the word about our experience as well.

Love this place! I love their soft serve ice cream! And not only that my partner left his phone there and they are keeping it safe till we get there to pick it up. Thank you! 😊
Absolutely amazing ice cream, and the whipped cream was so thick and homemade. Nothing like an old fashioned ice cream shop. The best is the variety of candy they have. Some I haven't seen since I was a kid. Great place to visit after a baseball game.
Went to Ballyhoo tonight, First time this season. I was extremely disappointed. My wife got A very small cup of chocolate vanilla twist and I got a vanilla in a cup with sprinkles. There was like two.

First here. It's a throwback to an old time soda shop/ candy store. The ice cream was very good.
Adorable ice cream/old style candy shop!! 5/5 recommend stopping by if your in the area.
BallyHoo Candy Shop is like Willy Wonka opened a side hustle with an ice cream parlor — and it rules. Wall-to-wall candy, retro vibes, and enough sugar to launch a rocket. The ice cream? Worth the brain freeze. Staff are sweet (pun intended) and somehow don’t judge your 3rd trip back in one day. A must-stop for sweet tooths and chaos goblins alike. 🍭🍦
Judy and Ozzie at Ballyhoo Ice Cream Pallor in West Pittston, Pennsylvania! What a classic old time ice cream pallor. Great ice cream treats in an old time building! The wait staff is very helpful!
Great prices, wonderful atmosphere, and fantastic ice cream
