Dunkin'

Horrible. My sausage was cold in the middle and they messed up my coffee, also forgot a whole sandwich. Absolutely horrible.

When going through the drive-thru my order is always good, I went inside for the first time in my order wasn't done properly. Lines are always extremely long in the morning. I ordered a sandwich once a kind of tasted like dish soap I have never ordered a sandwich again.

I don't no what they are doing to there hot coffee but it is terrible never consistent ...

This location is horrible now. I have been coming here for years. Use to be great. I am in there everyday around 4pm. The service is slow. There are usually 3 people but only 2 in the front. The help were cursing and talking with their friends instead of getting orders for waiting customers. A member of management should be here always.

I understand it was busy but the correct change should be counted back. Enjoy the $10 for that $1 in my change.

My daughter, when there today and the mess up her other and the lady said she can keep it but got paybfor the new other first of all it was your mess up not her and making her paid for something you mess up what are u guys running a scam dunking her making ppl paid for oder the staff mess up come on now you guys are taking advantage of this teenager not call been calling to see what the he'll was that for and no answer it seems dunking is stealing money for their customers be careful

Probably the slowest service I have ever received at a Dunkin. Advertised a$6 meal deal but can only get it if you have the app. I used to go to Dunkin every day now thankfully might be 5 times a year

Great place for Dunkin lovers. This place has been upgraded recently and is conveniently located in West Pittston.

Morning crew is usually great m-f with the exception of one lady who takes orders sometimes punches in the wrong things to the POS. The rest are great- I consistently see the same two girls- both make the drinks fast and correctly! The lack of starts is because of the Weekend crew- NOT it. Overheard someone training (it seemed) put cold brew in a latte drink. Was gonna continue to serve after catching the mistake- another worker said no- it’s a noticeable difference between espresso and cold brew, re-make. Training associate then tells manager it was the other person who makes the drink wrong, not himself, and the manager then says he would have just served it!! As someone who orders espresso drinks- makes me wonder about my more questionable drinks- AND makes me wonder if they care about Dietary Restrictions???????

Why does your store hours say 9pm and you I was there at 8:45 that's crazy!!😡

My wife put a mobile order in and I stood and waited for 14 min.. 20 people come and go from the counter, and mobile orders placed after ours filled first… place is a joke… drive to Pittston and save yourself the frustration

The night shift on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are the best closers! Will only go there when they are working, the store is always clean when those closers are working and my order is always made RIGHT! When I used to go during the daytime, the store is a mess and my order is never made correct.

You guys need to hire more staff to work the morning rush. I know a lot of kids these days get a lot of flack for being lazy or unprofessional, and some of them rightfully so. But having only three staff members scrambling around frantically trying to prepare orders for a backup of 20 plus people in the store we're all waiting collectively for at least 10 to 15 minutes for their mobile orders is pretty ridiculous.

I have been coming to this location for years, I have seen the turnover of ppl come and go. But today, I saw it be so disorganized and ppl were just standing waiting for their orders. When I realized there is a new manager behind the counter who was yelling at the workers and instantly can tell they were frazzled. I felt bad for them because no one should have to work under those conditions. They are human first and employees second.
