can someone please explain to me why the hell I’m paying seven dollars for a goddamn medium iced latte and there’s this much room at the top of it??? I’m actually gonna freak out on an employee at some point they lowkey suck and do nothing. Not only do they suck, but my dad told me that he came in the store the other day and he stood there for 10 minutes… not a single employee even looked at him so he left the store. All he wanted was a small hot coffee it’s not that damn hard to do your job. The hell yall bein paid for???? i’d give 0 starts if it was possible these people dont work. it’s the worst dunkin ever.

The store was filthy coffee all over the counter, all over straw area , floor was sticky with dirt , papers , and coffee everywhere, very slow service as the young man making the orders was being harassed by the dark hair girl .. even put a snow design square bowl on his head while he was trying to make orders...this is my local dunking and ill now drive else where... took pictures but seems i cant add them here... they ha e no care at all , seems to be lack of supervision.

The worst DD in the world at this point. I live in the area so this is my local DD. 1 out of 40 visits has my drink been correct. No consistency, always new workers and always disappointed.

Disgustingly dirty but not surprising with the attitudes on the employees. I’m sorry Dunkin won’t allow you to add milk to your beverage? This place is a joke. I refuse ice in my beverage due to how dirty the ice machines are and they refuse to fill my beverage more than half way. Did I not pay for a 22 ounce beverage yet I’m only getting half of it?? 35.00 for this crap??

Terrible- they never have inventory
- The service is poor
The manager or managers prepares your food and then throws it on the counter
It’s more important to check your phone and be on your phone then prepare the orders

Horrible. My sausage was cold in the middle and they messed up my coffee, also forgot a whole sandwich. Absolutely horrible.

When going through the drive-thru my order is always good, I went inside for the first time in my order wasn't done properly. Lines are always extremely long in the morning. I ordered a sandwich once a kind of tasted like dish soap I have never ordered a sandwich again.

I don't no what they are doing to there hot coffee but it is terrible never consistent ...

This location is horrible now. I have been coming here for years. Use to be great. I am in there everyday around 4pm. The service is slow. There are usually 3 people but only 2 in the front. The help were cursing and talking with their friends instead of getting orders for waiting customers. A member of management should be here always.

I understand it was busy but the correct change should be counted back. Enjoy the $10 for that $1 in my change.
