Not the best for this type of food. Very nice inside, seemed to be presented well too, but food flavors were a bit off. Prices were on the higher side of fair for levantine food, but quality missed.
Hummus: 6/10 - too heavy on sesame, not enough lemon balance
Pita: 9/10 - seemed to be handmade, very good
Falafel wrap: 6/10

Ordered through Uber Eats, chose lamb and got chicken. Chose cauliflower steak and got broccoli. Ordered pistachio ricotta cake, didn’t receive that either. $130 and def not satisfied!

We had an outstanding meal at The Garden Restaurant in Scranton — The Garden Platter was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with excellent hummus, baba ghanouj, garlic, salad, rice, kibbeh, shawarma, kabab, beef skewers and lamb chops. Sam and Annie made the evening special with warm, attentive service and great menu recommendations. The restaurant was super clean and welcoming, and everything tasted homemade and authentic. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving delicious Middle Eastern food in Scranton — we’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been eating here for some time now — used to be my favorite restaurant in the area. The quality has completely changed for the worse recently, super disappointing anymore!

Wonderful restaurant. Took my boss and some colleagues out for dinner to celebrate one of their promotions. The food was great, the service was attentive. Everyone left full, and happy. (Even one co-workers tweenage daughter was happy.) The staff were very nice and respectful. They didn't hurry us or bug us. We stayed and talked over coffee and dessert for a while.

hummus tasted like unseasoned unsalted… paste? super depressing modern remodel. Rude waitress.

Finding authentic Lebanese food in a small town feels like striking gold, and this place is the real treasure. The Mediterranean diet here is legit — fresh, vibrant, and true to its roots. Hummus is silky smooth, tabbouleh tastes garden-fresh, shawarma is perfectly spiced, and the grilled meats are tender and smoky. You can taste the quality in every bite.
What makes it even better is the hardworking staff. You see the effort they put in — warm, welcoming, and genuinely proud of what they serve. The place might be small, but the flavors and hospitality are huge.
If you want real Mediterranean food done right, without pretension, this is it. Best Lebanese spot I’ve found outside the big cities. Don’t miss it!

I was here on a work trip and this place is wonderful. Some of the best Mediterranean food I've had outside of Greece. The owners are wonderful, I ordered the baba ghannouj and it was delivered on the house, not expected but welcome. The baba ghannouj was probably the best I've ever tasted. Wonderful establishment and if I'm ever back in the area will be my first stop. Staff and food are both top notch, keep it up and I'll see you again!

My best friend and I went to dinner to celebrate my birthday and we ended up here by chance. We got The Garden Platter because we have never tried Mediterranean food and wanted to sample a little of everything. It is a TON of food! 😆 Great for 4 people, there was only 2 of us, needless to say we had an insane amount of Togo containers. Everything is beautifully plated, tastes phenomenal, the restaurant is beautiful and the staff were amazing!! I would give this a 10/10 must try if in the Scranton area. I never take the time to give reviews but I was so impressed that I made the time!! Thank you to The Garden Restaurant for an amazing dinner!!
