This was such a fun day out! The tea is bottomless, so if you want to try a few kinds, ask for one of their smaller teapots. Everything was dainty and delicious and they’re very kind about customizing if you have an allergy (let them know in advance!!). The atmosphere was lovely, and our server Rosemary was absolutely delightful. I’ll definitely be back!

We had an issue with the waitress when four of us came in for tea, but after speaking with the manager who clearly really cares about customer service, we concluded that it was one bad waitress and the teahouse is worth another try.

Extremely poor customer service, will not return. I purchased a Groupon for my elderly mother to take her to tea back at Christmas. The Groupon said it was good through 11/3/25. I went today with my mother, as it’s also my 40th birthday. I was told that the Groupon was expired, and they would only honor it at 50%. I told the owner it says right here that’s it’s still good. Clearly. Right at the top. You can see it too, attached for your convenience. She said when she ran it it was expired and I’d need to take it up with Groupon. She finally offered to honor it at 50% but the day was already ruined from the encounter. Also I didn’t feel like putting any additional money in her pocket. She was extremely rude and condescending and tried to make us feel like this was in no way her doing. I told her Groupon can’t just put out something for her business without her consent. She put the entire blame on them and took zero accountability for the situation. She said she no longer does business with Groupon because of this…. But she has an active deal available on there right now. Screenshot also attached. Avoid avoid avoid.

I met a friend here today for an amazing meal. We both ordered the full tea meal which I would highly recommend! Each course was more delicious than the last and everything was beautifully presented. Rosemary, our server, was so lovely. She helped us select from the wide array of teas and ensured we had the perfect meal. We will definitely be back soon!
