I love different foods, but on the main menu there was not 1 thing that appealed to me. So on the food ratings I would give it a 1 star. My favorite restaurant is Eddie V, I do visit many 4 star restaurants.

If you haven’t already, you absolutely need to visit A Light in the Attic Modern Speakeasy. Claire and Peter have outdone themselves once again with this unique and unforgettable dining experience. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the enchanting atmosphere to the incredible food and outstanding staff.
It speaks volumes when my husband (who is not a foodie) walks out saying, “That was the best meal I’ve had in forever!” 🫶🏼 He ordered the Lobster Toast, and it was absolutely 🔥.

We had an amazing evening here! It would have been my dad’s 71st birthday, but he passed last year. We came here to celebrate him, he would have LOVED it here. The drinks were absolutely wonderful, made extraordinarily well! The food was being expectation. We also brought our children 10, 9 and 4. They ate everything with us, lots of breads, cheese, steaks, carrots and wild boar. Seriously, there was nothing to even not as a fix. Everything was perfect. Atmosphere was perfect too.. a cozy, high class wonder! Would recommend 10/10.
Definitely would not bring kids unless they have a wide palette… they do not have a kids menu. This was absolutely fine for us, but you won’t find Mac and cheese or chicken fingers on a kids menu.

We had a great meal at A Light in the Attic. Toni was an incredible server. We had the bone marrow, sea bass and beet salad as well as drinks from their fall menu. All was very good. We ordered butter cake for dessert which was out of this world (thanks for the recommendation Toni). We are looking forward to coming back to try other items on the menu. It was hard to choose but there are no wrong selections.

What a fabulous experience for our first time dining at this fine establishment. Staff went out of their way to text me ahead of my reservation time to ask if I would like one of the tables in the loft since I entered a special request for a romantic table away from other tables. Jennifer was our server. She could not have been more pleasant and knowledgeable about the drink and dinner menus. The food and service were top-notch. We will be back!
Wow, wow, wow. Amazing from beginning to end. Staff is fantastic, food is unreal. Worth every penny. The area needed a place like this. Quality food, great atmosphere and high quality worth paying for. My wife and I will definitely be back!
Update 10/26/24: Unfortunately the Google starts only go to 5, otherwise I'd add 5 more to this review. I had a chance to revisit this evening and had another amazing dinner. My wife had the wild boar and I had the hen. Both were perfect. The drinks were amazing, as always. The waiter was one of the best I've had in a long time. I've never gone on a review and updated my experience for a second visit but this place is worth my time. I look forward to another great meal in the very near future.

We had Jen R as a server, and Jen was fantastic! Every recommendation was spot on and delicious. We had 4 cocktails, shared the carrots and each got an entire and enjoyed every bite. Atmosphere got a 4/5 because the music honestly didn’t fit the vibe of the restaurant. We enjoyed the music, but it felt off with the vibe is all.
