This used to be my favorite place to get a chai latte ! But the last few times I have been there it just tasted like milk with cinnamon powder. Today, I got their pumpkin pie one and is basically just milk can’t taste the pumpkin or the chai. It makes me very sad because I truly love this place! But something has to change with the chai lattes specially since they are charging $7 for a medium size drink.

I'm not sure why, but the iced coffee, cold brew and smoothie that we ordered were all extremely watered down. Definitely overpriced for what we received. I really wanted to support a local shop.

I come here often to work because the space is calm, the energy is focused, and the people are genuinely kind, and between John being awesome and the manager showing such amiable leadership, it’s clear that Bold is more than just a place to sit, it’s a space that moves with purpose, welcomes everyone with respect, and consistently reminds me why I keep coming back.
