I basically live at Rise Up! They’ve provided me with their delicious shakes, teas, and oats! Alex and Lily have helped me through my weigh loss journey since 2023 and have become great coaches and friends. I can’t stay here for hours just talking with them or even working from here. I made Rise Up basically an Internet cafe! I love their seasonal shakes, and look forward to what creative ways they make these healthy shakes fun! My favorite staples they have are the Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake, and for teas, the tropical sunrise! Go check them out for their shakes, teas, even their protein waffles! Rise up nutrition is so much more than a nutrition shop ! It’s become one of my second homes ! I never knew it was here all the years , but I do now and I’m here just about every day of the week! Lilly and Alex the owners are amazing human beings ! Not only do they know my order by heart , they have become some of my closest peeps ! They always want to know how everyone’s doing and make it a point to conversate and keep up ! I look forward to seeing them and sharing with them ! Rise up is a staple part of my routine ! Love them all !!!
I've only visited a couple of times within the last several months, but I really enjoy the menu items. I feel that I am getting quality products when I go here. I've tried several juices and one of the coffees- both were quite good. I don't find the drinks to be gritty or odd in texture, which is often an issue with these types of products. I haven't tried any of the food items. Staff are always kind and quick to offer suggestions on the menu. The store always seems clean and well taken care of. I feel that the prices are a little high, so I don't go too often. However, I'm confidant that I am getting high quality, clean ingredients when I do go.
