Been a loyal costumer pretty much when they opened! The shakes , waffles , protein doughnuts and my all time favorite their iced peach ring are top notch! Lilly is always so welcoming! Rise up is honestly my favorite place to get anything nutritious!!

Food was absolutely delicious and the service was so quick! Loved the carrot cake shake and the protein donut. I will say, I can definitely tell the donuts are made with banana, so if you don’t like bananas I wouldn’t recommend the donuts. But if you like bananas they taste really good with a sweet icing and are the perfect side to have with a shake. Will definitely be going back again!
