Introduced the family to “Say Cheese!” In Mother’s Day. Everyone loved it, and our meal was amazing as usual!

First and last time we'll be going there. The appetizer was brought out with our main meals. The turkey blt was bland and had unripe with white parts, sliced tomatoes on it. They were crunchy. My son thought the burger was bland as well and he loves any burger. My daughter and wife also were disappointed with their meals. A real shame for what we spent on a terrible meal.
Nicely decorated restaurant with menu items for everyone, even if you're not a fan of cheese. Grilled cheese sandwich is not something I would normally eat at a restaurant, but I have to say it was one of the best grilled cheeses I've ever had. The tomato soup was really tasty too. Service was good, although it was early in the evening.

The place is laid out nicely, cozy feel. The server was prompt and polite. The food was creative, and the menu had standard dishes with the signature Mac and cheese choices. Tasted decent; would go again, but not a first choice.

As the food maybe amazing, and that's due to the amazing cooking staff. The owner tries to con young women in to taking photos of them. And when denied, chases them down penn ave. Asking to not tell people. And try and bribe them with expensive gifts. When the parents have tried to confront him. He hides from them. Do not support this man or any of his establishments. #NoMoreVictims #WatchYourKidsOnPennAve

Eating in restaurant is great. Takeout is beyond disappointing. I paid full price for a bowl of French Onion Soup, got a cup of onions and broth. No cheese, no toppings, no croutons or bread, and it was cold even though the driver only took 12 minutes from pick up to drop off. My husband got fish and chips. Even though the fries looked like they were under a heating lamp all day, they were ice cold. The fish wasn't much warmer. I'm just so disappointed. I love going to this restaurant, but avoid takeout.

Usually really good food, you can always tell it's made with care. However there's always a problem every time I eat here. Three times they've run out of a main item on the menu before lunch is over. And I just discovered today they use red onions on the burger. Not a big deal but it isn't stated on the menu and I'd have asked for either regular or none. And once came in to a very rude interaction with the hostess last year. But I do keep coming back so there's that

so i ordered the $14 grilled cheese and the French onion soup. 2 pieces of bread and cheese. The soup was good not great or amazing but good the grilled cheese i only ate half and did not take the other half home. the server whos name is slipping my memory as we only saw her to take our ordered. she didn't bring our food and only checked on us after another girl i believe the hostess was processing our check. The price point and the level of service do not match up. It wasn't a bad experience however it wasn't a great experience either.

Say cheese was severely understaffed especially at the bar. There was a street festival going on that street, I would think that the restaurant would have increased staff for the event. The manager who was seating people ended up getting our drinks, placing our order and cashing us out. The food was great. I would go back again, hoping this was not typical experience and was due to the street fair and understaffing.
Overall experience was very good. the only thing to put a very small damper on our evening was that once our appetizer was served, our main courses followed about two minutes later! staff was very attentive, professional and efficient. our dessert was complimented since the kitchen did not have the caramel sauce for the dish we ordered and they substituted a chocolate sauce in its place...it was still delicious!
Wings are amazing
