Cookie dough icecream was beyond underwhelming I wanted to cry when I opened my pint it was half melted and basically vanilla icecream it was good ice cream just not as advertised ?EDIT- got another pint instead of a refund didn’t make a big deal about it thank you❤️

The ice cream and atmosphere are great! The service leaves much room for desire - I would be so happy to partner with the owners to help operationalize this location, things have definitely improved and we obviously understand that the location is staffed by students, but there are times you'll stand there for 20 or 30+ minutes for an order of 2 dishes of ice cream. The ice cream and the location make the convenience of waiting worth it, as does the great atmosphere, but in the moment it is challenging when waiting for so long for a simple order.
We had my son’s 3rd birthday party here recently and everything was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, the space was clean, and the ice cream was amazing. We were allowed to move around tables and hang things on the wall which is really rare when you rent a place for a party. All the guests commented on how amazing this place was. We will definitely be back and will try to have my son’s party here next year.

This place is amazing!! We don't live near here but will be going back to get their ice cream again!! We got their cotton candy ice cream with Reese's pieces as a topping and it was so good!! In waffle cones of course and they make the ice cream and waffle cones there, and you can smell the delicious cones cooking in the back!! It's a long wait, but worth it!! And the staff is nice too they'll let you try flavors!!
