This was the best cocktail experience I’ve ever had in the Reading area! From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere set the tone — warm lighting, and a vibe that makes you want to stay a while.
The drinks were absolutely delicious — each cocktail was not only perfectly balanced but also creative and unique. Every sip was memorable.
What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to offer recommendations based on what we liked.

Had an awesome visit to The Bar Cart. Was greeted with a smile by Carrie and she made an awesome Winter Negroni and my wife had a very tasty Brut wine. The atmosphere is like being in someone’s home bar, really cool vibe and lots of PA local options to choose from!

I absolutely love this place. It sometimes can get a little crowded as it is a smaller building. However the bartenders are wonderful and the drinks are always worth it. Even the other patrons are great in creating a nice atmosphere. I also enjoy how they only have alcohol made within the state of PA. So if you go here you support a small business bar and distilleries across our state.
