Since the business card I got involved a link for feedback and I just happened to find the time to talk about my tour. Michelle Jimenez was whom I got the tour from. Although the place didn’t have what I was looking for one bedroom options at the time, I was still given a tour of the two bedroom to get the visual exposition on it. She helped answer my questions in between all while going over some history lore of the place’s industrial pieces and she was informative and chill....
I want to give a big THANK YOU to Cyrena Wagner and Christina (Regional Manager) They went above and beyond to help me as I was making a move from Florida to PA. Great customer service. I'm excited I chose the Metropolitan Group as my new home.
Wonderful experience at The Lofts where I was a walk in for a tour and to inquire about availability.Cyrena N. was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about the apartments.She also took me over to their other property to tour the units at the Met. Lisa was also vey impressive as the property manager there.Big 5 star review!!
