Passyunk Prime was AWESOME. The cooper whiz is amazing its not as dense as regular cooper cheese slices which I liked a lot. Bayside fries are also awesome. Definitely the best in the area. Wish they had a dine in area.

It's a takeout only hole in the wall that makes what are likely the best steaks in a 30 mile radius. I'm told that you can bring them into a local Tavern called the Broken Chair. It doesn't compare to the best S. Philadelphia options, but if you're in West Reading, do not hesitate!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Tony's speaks for itself and I am SO sad that I slept on this place for so long... the service is fantastic (don't believe the people who say it's horrible, the staff are great and always have been every time I have gone). The Passy Prime and Jersey Fries are our go to, as is the pizza and the soft pretzel - always a hit. We've introduced Tony's to folks who live in/outside Philly and even they agree it's a literal GEM. The only reason I don't want to tell people about it is because it's getting harder and harder to place an order as there is so much interest - which is selfish of me and isn't helping me slow down from needing bigger pants - so everyone should give it a try! Help make it harder for me to grab a cheesesteak!

The food might be good as they say but we'll never know as we didn't even have a chance to taste it as the counter girl was rude right off the bat. I understand businesses get busy (especially during lunch/dinner rush) but that's no reason to treat or talk to people in a negative way. We were excited to try a new place especially in Berks County but after this experience I think I'll stick to more enlighten areas of the state. Thanks but no thanks!Edit: In response to the owners response, what should I be plan ahead for? The unexpected rudeness... No thanks, as Maria's Pizza in downtown Reading probably offer's better customer service. Typical Italian/American disgruntled response... ?

I got the passyunk prime cheesesteak and the 1/2 lb jersey fries. I’ve had various cheesesteaks throughout the years and this is definitely one of my top ones. I recommend everybody to try the this sandwich at least once before you write it off. Definitely order online ahead of time so you don’t have to wait too long. I will be coming back!!

Food was absolutely awesome... the staff not so much... My first time coming here, Accidentally opened door thinking there was an indoor counter the girl screamed then yelled at us to go to the window outside... The window had no visible markings to order there... Question I have... why was the door unlocked if you dont want customers entering... The girl contunued to be rude the entire time we were there...For such a good place to eat, sucks it had to be ruined by a rude employee.However do go, Great food! Great Local sarsaparilla was amazing as well!
