We are so glad we tried this place. Pork tenderloin was fabulous with a roulade that was on point with the best garlic mashed potatoes. Hubby had the seafood De La Mare which was loaded with different seafood. The sauce was amazing. The service was excellent! Multiple people came to check on us which means a whole lot! This restaurant is amazing and the building is incredible how they restored it to mid century, even the music was from that era. We can’t wait to come back and try the second floor dining with a more laid back atmosphere. We wish them the best being a new restaurant, you are doing it right. Thank you you made our night special!

Parking: Parking garage is attached to the right of the building. But has limited spaces. If you are there early you might snag one. Very convenient!

Early light dinner at the upstairs casual restaurant/bar. The atmosphere is very warm, chill and inviting making it excellent for a cocktail and lite fare with a friend or significant other. The service was outstanding - friendly and knowledgeable server exceeded most service. The new fashion cocktail and the Cider were both excellent. The GOAT burger and the French Onion Soup were both very good. The value is not great as the food is def pricey although very good.
The visit has enticed us to return for dinner in the upscale first floor restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: I would not recommend taking children…although there is a kids menu the price point is high.

My husband and I first time at the Motor Club it gives NYC style and vibes bottom floor is fine dining second floor still very elegant but different menu from the first floor. Drinks are good food even better. Prices are definitely up scale. They have a band or Dj on Friday and Saturday nights on the second floor. Over all very good experience all round.

Went on the Santa Crawl night to the second floor bar so it was admittedly crazy. The service was great. Our server did everything she could to provide great service. Unfortunately, that's where it stopped. The food was mediocre at best. Wings and stuffed jalapenos were way too expensive for the mediocre quality. Will admit the Bavarian pretzel was very good.

They really should have had some security or a manager present to handle the crowd. There was an obviously extremely drunk college age guy grabbing and wrestling around in a packed bar. We noticed him as did our server about 20 min before he began throwing up on the table and floor right next to our table while we were trying to eat. He should have been removed way before it got to this. Completely unacceptable and disgusting for a supposed nice place we just wasted $120 for a few drinks and appetizers. I especially feel bad for the poor staff who were obviously unequipped to clean up the mess.

Great vibes, quality service, but that aioli on the beef tenderloin sandwich was absolute trash bags. Everything else was great: beef, bread, pickled onions, onion rings… but man, need to replace that aioli, or take it completely off

EXCELLENT RESTAURANT !!! The food is always on point! If you are looking for a restaurant with a NY/DC flair this the restaurant to go to right in Berks County. The owner and his staff gives top notch service!! Food is delicious !!! 10/10 - only thing I wish they offered brunch.

Ok, ok, ok! After more than 4 times dining at this restaurant, I have yet to have a disappointing experience. The staff has always been welcoming, professional and friendly. The drinks have always been spot on, and the food always a chef’s kiss. The decor is reminiscent of what the building stood for many years ago. I have to say I have always had a wonderful time coming here and I will be back many more times.

Went here with my wife before seeing a show at the perfuming arts center. Had no problem with parking and our service was great. We’ll be back again for sure!

Disappointing experience all around, from the 45 minute wait for our first drink, to the oddly unaware owner and rude staff. 2 out of 6 of our party arrived 30 minutes ahead of our reservation and sat at the bar for a drink. The rest arrived 15 minutes later. Our table was ready and empty right next to the bar. We found out the lone bartender would be pulling double duty and serving our table dinner. A drink showcased on the website wasn’t available (“well they just didn’t change it”), one of the entrees was not available (surf and turf). 90 minutes in we had to ask where our entrees were because we had reservations to be somewhere else. When we told the bartender who looked frazzled that none of this was her fault (she made some very good drinks) she abruptly said “well we need at least 2 hours to turn a 6 top” and stormed off. The owner seemed to be wandering from table to table so we informed him what was happening and he looked at us like a deer in headlights and offered us a round of drinks that we couldn’t use because we had to leave. We didn’t want anything free, we expected the level of service the prices WRMC charges should reflect. $700 bill and regret later and we moved on with our night.

Had dinner and lunch. A special offered through the weekend was canceled early but still available for a higher price. Their Facebook page was not updated. Food was very good except for the mushrooms on the mushroom soup. Went for lunch and the lobster rolls were very good but the salad that came with it was inedible.

Love this place. Food is always amazing there whether you are in the motor club or in Nitro upstairs. When it comes to wanting to class up and dine in style the Motor Club is the place to be. We love sitting at the bar where the staff are so friendly and the drinks are made to perfection. The beer selection may be more limited than upstairs but I say get one of the signature cocktails or David’s (a regular at the bar) Margarita. You won’t regret it! Steak and frites are the go to for us but we have had the carpaccio which is fantastic and salmon which is good. Honestly, this pace is top 3 in the area when we don’t have our young one with us.

Came here for a late birthday celebration for my mother. Food was phenomenal. The service was amazing. our server was so great. We will definitely be coming back here.
