Went for breakfast, ordered chicken sandwich they mentioned it was with Avacado, lettuce, tomato and chicken with sauce got without Avacado when asked simple answer was it was not ripe they would have told us before making it but service was not to expected level

We recently got the craving some IHOP, so we ordered for pickup. Pulled into the curbside pickup spot, checked in on the website, and waited. Took a while, so we called and were told they don’t do pickup and to come in.
The food was good enough, the lady who gave us the food, and answered was nice, so can’t complain.
Get rid of the pickup signs. No, duct taping over the number doesn’t let people know that pickup isn’t a thing anymore.

We always come to this IHop and have never had any issues with any of the servers or their service. Unfortunately, Mayra just did not have a good attitude at all. It almost felt like we were inconveniencing her and she was annoyed. Food was also meh, the hash browns were burnt, the omelette had very little beef. Just overall not a good experience this time around.

I have been visiting this restaurant on a regular basis since Covid and had the pleasure of Marissa as my server. She's waited on me during those years and yesterday, it was one of my best visits. I ordered the breakfast sampler and everything came out fantastic including the scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon and pancakes. Sausage links weren't the best but think their bacon is better. The pancakes are what draws me here and my experience was phenomenal with Marissa. I look forward to seeing her on my next visit.

I've always had pretty much good experiences with IHOP. It is in fact my favorite go to. I only wish there were more in Philly. I miss the one that used to be on Walnut St. between 18th & 19th back in the day. Everybody went there, that jawn was popping, maybe a little too much, lol.

I ordered the omelette steak, and unfortunately, the tomatoes were slimy and in poor condition. The omelette was excessively oily, and there wasn't much steak to be found. While the service was friendly, the food simply didn’t meet my expectations. The price was reasonable, but I won’t be returning. I hope the higher person at the IHOP visits this place Exton #3626

Went there on the Fourth of July, great good. Great service! My sister has a gluten allergy and she had a lot of options and she had the pancakes and she LOVED them! Definitely going back 💕

Tonight we stopped for a bite to eat. The waitress placed the wrong order, and then we waited for the new food to be cooked.
I know that she had placed the order wrong, although we had both pointed to the correct item on the menu.
She brought the food and then did not check on us again for 40 minutes, since the entire staff we had previously seen was sitting behind the wall in another section together.
Finally, when I mentioned to my husband and daughter that she had disappeared and I’m sitting there very thirsty she all of a sudden came from her hiding place.
The last time we had been in there I had ordered a BLT. How can anyone mess up a BLT? The bacon was cold hard and covered with grease.
Such a shame that there is no management at all in the evenings. If there were you will not run into problems like this.
We have been to the IHOP in Bethlehem many times during musikfest, and never had any issue whatsoever.
Poor management in Exton. It’s a shame. The food is good when cooked correctly. We won’t be returning.
We had breakfast this morning and our server Kiara was great, very friendly and our cook dre made everything perfectly. We are in town visiting and we're very happy we chose to stop here for breakfast.

This place has been going down hill but the last time I ate here I ended getting sick. The service was slow but the waitress was very friendly. I don't think it was her fault it was just slow coming out of the kitchen. Floors where all sticky. Bathrooms where gross. The time before this when we tried to go eat it was 3ish and the whole restaurant was dark and locked up. The hours on the building showed thry should be open but they weren't. Waitress said they often close early due to having no staff or no customers.
