I love IHOP, anywhere I go, but this review is for the one located in Exton. I went there with my nieces and there's always something fun for kids on the menu. I always order the same thing for me too and always delicious! I found a little plastic thing in my food tho... Turns out it was the square plastic thing that comes on the bread plastic bag. The waiter and the manager were very polite and were really sorry about it. They offered me to get another plate which I refused cause for me that little plastic thing wasn't too bad. But they offered me a discount on my check too.

We had an amazing breakfast here. There are so many varieties for omelets and of course pancakes! Neither of us had been to IHOP in a couple years and this was an amazing first time back. We definitely will be back!

Placed an order online and picked curbside pickup. Arrived and clicked the “I’m here” button but after waiting 10 mins with no one coming I tried to call 5 times. No answer. I was late for work and ran in to check on my order to find it had been sitting there the entire time. It took the host several minutes to get to me (no one else in the lobby) and when I informed her I’d been waiting for my food curbside she said “well we don’t have enough employees to do that anymore”.No apology or kindness for the delay. My food was cold and I didn’t even have time to eat it before arriving at work. I tried to call a couple more times after pick up and again was unable to reach the staff. All around a negative experience and incredibly disappointing.
The service was okay, but some of the food was not because we don't eat meat we asked for a vegetarian order and I couldn't eat it because it felt like I was eating pork.
I mean, it's an IHOP. Food is okay, but service is a little weird. Again, it's an IHOP.

We go to this IHOP regularly. The food and service is always good. I think the seats are a little bit uncomfortable, but we're tall. I think people a little shorter than us won't have a problem.

IHOP being back is a great nostalgic journey but with an updated menu. We went in on a Sunday afternoon and it was great. Staff could not have been any nicer and our server was awesome. Still great IHOP diner like food that hits the spot, with portions that provide leftovers for later?.

Two of us Had the best breakfast in a long, long time at this IHOP! Everything cooked perfectly with an extremely busy waitress with a smile. I always like to thank them personally for working that day. Will definitely be returning!
Ordered from the app and my food was ready for pickup exactly when i got there. The way they package the food kept it warm until i got home which was awesome ! The breakfast was amazing and will absolutely be back !
