“I ordered through door dash as opposed to them directly and my ordered got delayed a little bit because of an error on the drivers end. Once I did finally get my pizza , EVEN A LITTLE COLD the pizza was PHENOMENAL… i can’t get over how great it tasted and was suprised I never ordered there before… definitely got a new customer with my family… was told their pretzel boil is a must try and will be the next thing I order…

“so good. underrated for sure.or should I say unassuming spot. hidden gem. the sandwiches are pretty substantial. quick friendly service and fresh ingredients. my only complaint is I wish the pretzels and sticks were warm as well as the cheese. we prob could've asked them to heat it up but didn't. but like I said the food was amazing. def recommend!! sweet bologna was a great flavor combo. it was thin sliced too. mmmmm“

“I have read some of the reviews and I am quite confused. I moved to York County and cried because I could not find a decent pretzel anywhere. All the pretzels were too sweet, cold, over priced, and just not what I was use to. I was so thrilled to have someone open a Philly Pretzel factory locally. Yes, I have gone in when they hired a new person and guess what I did not complain. That person is learning to make an honest living so no I do not expect them to know everything. I have ordered off the menu. I love the creativity of the pretzels made for the Super Bowl.Dipping options are great! Quite often a pretzel and a drink is my lunch and it’s soooooo satisfying. Thank you I appreciate you being open for business and bringing the best pretzels to the York area.“
