Walked in, no one at the front desk. Dark. Stood around for a few minutes and left. No products besides shrimp and oysters anyways. Tried to support a small business, oh well.

The last 3 times we went to York Fish & Oyster we were extremely disappointed;
Once they weren't open due to a family event, but wasn't marked as such on their website. The other 2 times - They Advertised fresh fish but when we got there, all they had was frozen despite their website giving the Fresh Catch of the Week List! Never Again!

Dissatisfied!!! I asked for fresh crab meat non pasteurized. Fresh not frozen. I got home to a pre frozen slacked out crab meat. It was fully loaded and drenched saturated in juice the crab meat tasted horrible. Lost my business first time getting seafood and the last. Thought I found a nice place apparently not. Asking the lady if it was any good and quality she relied we have hi standards here I trusted her word. Sad.

Ordered a half a bushel of crabs today. Let me tell you I was shocked how good they were owners of the seafood place are very nice and have awesome quality crabs very happy.

Best local place to buy seafood. Always fresh and best quality. They have the best crabs. They weigh their crabs after steaming and sell them according to weight so you know what you are buying.
Oh my, very nice! It's a good sign when you walk in to a fishmonger and smell fresh seafood, not fish! I traveled with a friend who is local who told me about this fabulous fish purveyor that was so good. Her review was an understatement! Everything that looked fresh, was! I tried the monkfish fillet and prepared it as directed and it was wonderful!
