Best burgers and fries I have had. "The sauce" and herb aioli are amazing. My go to is a BYO with mushrooms, fontina cheese and either aioli or "the sauce". The original is amazing too.

I frequently will follow the truck around because it is one of best burgers I have ever had. You’d be hard pressed to find a burger better than these. The fries are also phenomenal. We love supporting small family owned business and will continue to eat at Papa’s Patties whenever possible!
