?? Peanut Allergy ???. I had a child with a severe peanut allergy. The girl working was so great. Opened a new unused container, got a clean spoon. The most professional, and was happy to do it. The ice cream was top notch, extremely delicious

Another downtown, quaint gem in Loudon, TN. Wow! Creamy, lots of flavor and huge portions. Great flavor selection. “Blackout” flavor is chocolate, chocolate chip - pure Heaven! Service was excellent. There are a few tables inside. We’ll be back!

Nice little ice cream parlor! Take a look at that pic. That's a two scoop mint chocolate chip in a cup, which was more than enough for both my wife and me. Suffice it to say, it was delicious! Friendly service as well!

A group of us were riding our motorcycles and we stopped here for a treat in the afternoon. They had to young girls working the ice cream bar and they were wonderful. Benny got just a waffle cone with two scoops and let me tell you those two scoops are incredibly huge! You can order different types of sundaes from their menu on the wall as well and mine was great! They also serve cappuccinos and espresso‘s and regular coffee as well. We all enjoyed our ice cream and the great service we received.

The ice cream is amazing! Prices were unbelievable. I got a bottled water for 53 cents. The book and toy selection were great. Shopkeeper was super friendly. I will make a point to stop by again to try the coffee.

We have stopped here twice for their home made ice cream which is very good. First time ordered the regular (2 scoops) Turtle Sundae and second time ordered a regular Hot Fudge Sundae. Both times the same guy made it. He dribbles some chocolate around the rim and sides of the Styrofoam container and unbelievably that is the only chocolate you get! The price is $6.42 for two scoops which is reasonable for a "treat" but really - if it calls for chocolate then PUT SOME CHOCOLATE IN IT AND NOT JUST DRIBBLED DOWN THE SIDE! We won't go back.

My wife and I come here whenever we can. The ice cream is great. But I think we keep coming back because it is a local business that employs the most amazing smiling faces. The people are great.

We visited April 11, 2021, and walked out before ordering. While waiting in line, we observed a gum chewing female employee, with ice cream on her arm, no hair net or cap, as she scooped ice cream from the container without wearing gloves. Even before 2020 covid restrictions I would expect gloves to be worn and definitely not chewing gum. The 2nd male employee wasn’t wearing gloves either. Neither employees wore masks, although all patrons entering were requested to wear masks. Is this acceptable to management?

I have enjoyed the Tic-Toc for years but my most recent visit left a lot to be desired. I ordered a hand packed container of Pina Colada Sorbet. The sorbet had junks of fruit and coconut shavings that had not been filtered out in the process. The coconut slivers were like cardboard that could not be chewed up and hung in your mouth. I ended up melting the whole container and poured it through a strainer and refroze it just so I wasn't out my whole purchase. I have since discovered Cruze Farms in Knoxville and am much happier.

This place has decent ice cream but it is very expensive for what you get. Haven't been back in a while and don't intend to.
