the people working the front were complaining that there were 2 people in the store and two cars on drive thru back to back. I then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for my sandwich, and then overheard the lady working say “i just gave it to them,” in a snappy tone. Once i finally got my sandwich, it was the wrong one.
Service was insanely slow and they paid little to no attention to our needs!

I visit this location often as it is conveniently located on my way to work. I place mobile orders & grab them & go. It is rare that these orders are correct. I've been given coffee missing flavor syrup, sandwiches on wrong bread, with wrong cheese & no attention given to toasting, donuts that are crunchy (clearly days old). There was even one occurrence in which I ordered (and paid for a latte) but received a watered down iced coffee, instead.

HORRIBLE customer service. I’ve always had less than good customer service here, but today was by far the worst. The “store manager” had absolutely no clue what she was doing, was insanely rude to me, finally issued a refund (her offer, not my demand) but didn’t refund the proper amount, wouldn’t listen to me explain anything (out of items ordered, tried to sub something else, gave me wrong thing, second time was still wrong, I could go on…), she was the rudest “manager” I’ve ever experienced, wouldn’t refund the proper amount, then told me she was going to call the cops if I didn’t leave. 🤯 What??? It was the craziest thing ever. I’ve never had a positive experience here. Called corporate, held for 20 mins, finally got someone, explained this to them, they hung up on me. This affirms I’m done with Dunkin.

Tried to stop in here to get a donut for my kid. Wanted to buy a couple of bottles of water but they had none in stock, so I tried to order a large ice water, but they wanted to charge me $4 for it. I think that’s kind of absurd since they are the ones who didn’t have any water bottles available, water is typically free at restaurants. Then I tried to order a cup of milk for my kid and nobody made it and I had to ask again.

I must confess I didn't get any food. I went here for family history reasons. My great grandparents whom I don't know used to I've at this location. Obviously not the same building but same land. I rate it a 5 based on family values. Come have a 🍩 and a drink and thank the people who gave up their land for you.
